Très déçus pour un hôtel 4 étoiles !

Nous avons séjourné au Novotel Montpellier du 22 au 25 octobre en famille avec nos enfants. Dès la première nuit, nous avons eu extrêmement froid. Un chauffage d’appoint nous a été fourni, mais le froid persistait dans la chambre, les toilettes et la salle de bain.

Un geste commercial de 50 % a été accordé pour la première nuit, mais pour les deux suivantes, aucune solution ne nous a été proposée. Nous avons même été contraints de choisir entre rester au même tarif ou quitter l’hôtel pour en trouver un autre.

Nous avons également rencontré plusieurs problèmes : chasse d’eau défectueuse, serviettes malodorantes et télévision qui se coupait régulièrement.

Le plus décevant reste l’attitude du directeur, désagréable et catégorique, qui nous a simplement répondu qu’il n’y avait aucune solution et que nous pouvions aller chercher un autre hôtel.

Un tel manque de considération est inadmissible pour un établissement 4 étoiles. Nous repartons très déçus, avec nos enfants, et ne recommandons malheureusement pas cet hôtel.

Gunstig gelegen t.o.v. van doorgaande route naar het zuiden / noorden.

Cons:

Eten in het restaurant was niet goed. Zeer slechte friet. Helft konden wij niet eten.

Perfekt Lage und große Parkplätze
Pros:

Das Essen im Restaurant ist hervorragend und die Nähe zur Autobahn perfekt. Es gibt große Parkplätze und der Service war sehr freundlich. Ich würde es 100% weiterempfehlen.

Pros:

Le personnel d'accueil. Très accueillant et Hyper réactif. Demande la veille 17h de notre arrivée, d'avoir plusieurs chambres les unes à côté des autres ou sur le mm palier. Mission accompli en si peu de temps. Problème de CB à l'arrivée pour la caution, l'agent à l'accueil a été très patient avant que j'arrive à trouver une solution. Au top.

Cons:

Les femmes de ménage pas du tout souriante ou accueillante. Vu l'air qu'elles donnaient juste pour avoir du papier toilette j'ai préféré qu'elle ne fasse pas notre chambre et ca été pareil pour d'autres personnes. La barrière de la langue je veux bien mais un sourire ou la bienveillance sont pareil sur le globe... Formation à revoir de ce côté...Je ne peux donc pas me prononcer sur la qualité du ménage...
