The air ventilation was not working for the 2 days and the hotel staff had to give us a fan bevausethe heat was unbearable.

Pros:

The location is very convenient, close to Lille's old city but also close to the river and Lille's city park. Nice touch the free water from the cooler and the carafe. The room was comfortable and clean. The staff was polite and helpful.

Cons:

The hotel did not give the feeling of a 4-star hotel, more like a decent 3-star hotel. It wasn't a problem for us, but I have to mention it. No free sleepers (a detail but would have been convenient to have).
