Hôtel très bien situé avec un parking à proximité. Lits très confortables. Pour notre enfant c’était une banquette dépliante. Elle a bien dormi malgré le matelas un peu fin et le sommier à ressort. Très bon petit-déjeuner. Un personnel très agréable et réactif.
Peut-être la décoration de la chambre un peu datée.

Very modern with a great sized room and bathroom. I loved the amount of storage!
The air conditioning was excellent which was very important as we visited during a heatwave! Very comfortable bed and it was nice to have a little refrigerator and a safe.
Everywhere around Lille was an easy walking distance.
Breakfast was very plentiful and good value as our daughter's was included with ours.
We parked in a nearby Indigo car park, as there was no hotel facility but this was very easy and accessible.

Klein min puntje. Douchekop was wat laag (als je langer bent dan 1.80m).

L’établissement se trouve loin du centre et de la gare.
Rien à proximité.
L’hôtel est vieillissant. Pas de confort dans les chambres. La Clim est très bruyante. Le lit inconfortable et les oreillers affaissés.

Το προσωπικό εξυπηρετικό (χρειάστηκε να μπούμε νωρίτερα στο δωμάτιο μιας και η κόρη μας ήταν λίγο άρρωστη και ικανοποίησαν το αίτημα μας). Μεγάλα άνετα δωμάτια και κρεββάτια, σε πολύ κεντρικό σημείο.
La décoration de la salle du petit déjeuner
L’hôtel a 2 étoiles en trop (et le tarif corrélé). L’accueil n’était pas prêt à 15h15 (!), le Check-in a duré une trentaine de minutes sans explication. Le personnel est lent, mou et peu aimable, voire désagréable à certains moments. Mais surtout, le confort et la décoration vieillissante - parfois vétuste - de la chambre rappellent un hôtel 2 étoiles bloqué dans les annees 90/2000, avec un crépit blanc unique et un mobilier en faux bois plaqué beige clair qu’on ne retrouve plus que dans de vieilles administrations territoriales.
