Not worth the price tag
Pros:

Location was great close to restaurants and straight across from the beach

Cons:

Like other comments I have seen on here our AC also did not work. I informed reception at 10:30pm on our first night after dinner, reception guy came to check, he also confirmed it was not working properly. He said we couldn’t get into another room that night but could change tomorrow. After a terrible sleep the next day we fully packed up took our belongings down to reception (via stairs) asked the new receptionist for a new room who then told me that the aircon was working and that the maintenance guy fixed it yesterday. I told her that the receptionist at 10:30pm last night checked and she said she will DOUBLE CHECK. Receptionist then found another room for us (five doors down from our other room). So we once again had to carry our luggage back up after 5 minutes of talking at reception when she was almost trying to refuse giving us another room. Lots of chipped paint and walls throughout the hotel. toilet seat was also broken in our first room. Hallways to the room on the first level were very stuffy and when cleaning lady’s had their trolleys in the hallway it was very hard to get past with suitcases. I also don’t know how they cleaned the first floor the hallway seemed very hot to work in. I don’t believe this place is worth the price or four star. I’ve stayed in a few Mercures and this one has left me disappointed in their customer service and reliability.

Хорошее расположение отеля, хороший завтрак.

Cons:

Персонал на ресепшен был не очень приветлив, дали самый маленький номер с высотой потолка 2 метра, хотя у нас был забронирован двухуровневый. Но потом нам все же поменяли номер.
В душевой нет дверцы, вся вода лилась через дверь на ковер.

Direkt an der Promenade und an der Shoppingstrasse mit vielen!Bars und Restaurants. Fenster gut Schallisoliert unr Jalousie vorhanden. Zimmer renoviert und das Hotel ebenfalls.

Cons:

Classic Zimmer sehr klein, kein Kühlschrank und zur lauten Gasse und Bäckerei mir entsprechendem Duft gelegen. Kein Fahrstuhl im Gebäude für die oberen Etagen. Eingang leider auch nur über viele Treppen erreichbar. Es gibt keine Hilfe beim Koffer die Treppen hochtragen, da muss man schon aktiv nachfragen. Muffiger Gulligeruch im Zimmer.

Hotel super położony lecz zbyt male pokoje ale nie przebywałiśmy w nich zbyt długo

Super lokalizacja wszędzie blisko centralne miejsce promenady

Cons:

Pokoje były zbyt małe i trochę ciemne wykładzina brązowa co dodatkowo robiło ponury nastrój pokoje nasze były położone z boku budynku przy małej uliczce gdzie na dole była restauracja i trwał remont było głośno i od rana budził nas zapach z restauracji.

The room are so small that you can’t even open your closet .
My suitcase was actually out of the room we had no choice .
They call it 4 stars there is no elevator in the hotel and no lobby .
This hotel is actually a 2 stars .

Cons:

I ve been travelling every month and believe me this is the worst picture reality contrast hotel I ve experienced .
The hotel was terrible they ve charged 500euros per night had the worst room I wasn’t able to stay there had to book something else and they didn t want to refund me . I ve checkout right after couldn’t t sleep here. They robbed me 500euros .

Pros:

Très bon séjour passé dans cet hotel, réservation de last minute.
Il nous manquait juste un frigo bar dans la chambre mais excepté ce point, tout était très bien !
