Pros:

The hotel is to the expected standard of Macure. Service is atrocious… checked into a room which was already occupied whose intimate time was interrupted by my opening the door! To be moved to another room although clean had not been replenished with consumables. No internal phone call answered so another visit to reception to join a queue of patrons with key card issues. Then on visiting the bar for a drink with no staff, waiting at reception once more to find the receptionist is also the bar staff who would be with us next… after 25 minutes we left and went elsewhere.

Hôtel centre ville ,pas trop cher, avec excellente literie !
Pros:

Hôtel bien placé, proche Caserne de Bonne. tram juste devant. Accueil agréable. Chambre petite mais literie excellente! Mini bar avec une carafe d'eau . Belle salle de bains, très propre.

Cons:

Chambre très petite. L'ascenseur en panne, donc on a dû utiliser le monte charge, très peu engageant ! Climatisation médiocre dans la chambre ,qui a pourtant été changée pour avoir un meilleur climatiseur ! Hôtel Mercure vieillissant, avec moquette .

Kérésre kaptam vasalót.

Cons:

A Privilege szoba kicsi, a légkondicionáló gyenge, a hajszárító nem működik
A reggeli ételválaszték nagyon szegényes.
A bérelt tárgyalóterem nem volt rendesen előkészítve. Mikor nehezményeztük, a dolgozók egymásra hárították a feladatot.
A felelős szállodai dolgozó több órás késéssel került elő. A technikai problémát nem tudták elhárítani.
Még csak elnézést sem kértek..
Az ebéd felszolgálása jóval tovább tartott a kért időnél.
Aki minőségi szolgáltatást szeretne, kerülje el azt a szállodát.
