Cons:

The check in process was disorganised to say the least. Our room key was given to us but they had only just started cleaning. What is the point in giving your expected arrival time if the room cleaning isn’t prioritised based on arrival time. There was 2 open desks and around 6 staff members standing to the side - it was inefficient.

Friendly staff who made us all feel welcome.
Pros:

We loved this hotel. Super kid friendly, with my daughter actually saying "I found my happy place" when in the pool. We picked it as its quite but close to central and has all the nice hotel perks - kids play room, pool, fresh water, friendly staff. We eat at the hotel a lot as it suited our relaxed holiday - food okay but service was great and made it a lovely evening. The fact they were so friendly and welcoming / understanding of the kids was the best for us we went to two other locations on this trip and it wasnt until at them we relaised how spoilt we were at this hotel with the friendly staff. Thanks for a lovely stay.

Peut mieux faire mais bien pour un petit passage
Pros:

Confort,. emplacement par rapport à la ville, le personnel, le bar restaurant, le petit dej bq de choix, le parking, espace jeux enfants même si sa pourrai être mieux,

Cons:

La piscine, un peu petite, pas adapté au tout petit et non nageur, le frigo de ma chambre ne fonctionne pas, et quelque insectes sont sorti de la clim

Lovely hotel, great location...but the location of the bathroom…
Pros:

The breakfast was amazing, so much of it and so much variety
The location was perfect, about 15 mins from the town centre and the sea The beds were super comfortable
There was a lovely pool and I really wish I'd brought our swimming stuff!

Cons:

The bathroom was right by one of the beds, the doors opened out pretty much onto the bed, with clicky-open doors and opaque glass. It was not what we would expect from a Novotel which usually has a bathroom away from the sleeping

Habitacion pequeña y con mal mantenmiento
Pros:

Poco buen parking, y personal agradable.

Cons:

Habitacion pequeña para tener que abrir un sofa cama, solo abrimos medio porque solo no podíamos movernos Desayuno normal tirando a escaso.

Esperaba un poco más. A 10 min del centro

Proximidad y parking propio. Buen desayuno

Cons:

Pagamos un precio de habitación considerando que había piscina y la tenían averiada…puede pasar pero no intentaron compensar de ningún modo… Enchufes muy limitados en la habitación . Presencia de moqueta en hotel que admite perros
