It is not a hotel that deserves 4 stars.


The cleanliness is not up to a 4-star standard; the skirtings were full of dust, especially in the corners, one of the lamps hadn't been wiped in months, and the walls were peeling around the window. The window frame of the shower cabin showed traces of rust, and the doors squeaked very loudly. It’s just an old hotel with modern furniture and a fancy lobby.
A table with two laptops acting as a reception desk..... seriously?!
Even though I read and accepted the fact that parking is paid, I still don't think it's normal for such a service not to be included at 4 stars.
It will definitely not be an option for the future.
It is suitable as a transit hotel and that’s about it, by no means for a 3-night stay like we had.

Le parking surbooké, obligé de se garer soit sur l’herbe, soit à l’extérieur.
Le petit déjeuner qui s’arrête à 9h30, tout est fait pour les visiteurs business, et non les touristes.

Grande déception de cet hôtel

Soirée météo Ext de 10° donc chambre excessivement froide
Impossible chauffage car charte «  neutre «  réponse par le personnel
Franchement inadmissible de ne pouvoir mettre un peu de chauffage
