Great location (40 min drive) for a stop after boat crossing from Jersey to France. Next to a mall which has a Del Arte (excellent value for money). We stayed during the heatwave and the pool was great. Nice buffet breakfast too. Good value.

Nous avons été accueillis avec une courtoisie et un professionnalisme exemplaire mais sans possibilité de bénéficier d’un surclassement en chambre exécutive sans frais supplémentaires.
La possibilité de recharger notre véhicule à proximité immédiate de l’entrée de l’hôtel ont été grandement appréciées.
Enfin, le petit-déjeuner s’est révélé d’une assez bonne qualité.
Lors de notre récente visite, j’ai constaté un manque de courtoisie et une froideur manifeste de la part de l’une des serveuses.
Nous sommes arrivés une heure avant la fin du service du petit-déjeuner et avons constaté l’absence de toute table prête à nous accueillir. De surcroît, la serveuse n’a pas fait preuve de la moindre bienveillance en nous préparant une table avec les couverts, verres et autres éléments nécessaires. À notre arrivée, elle s’est contentée d’une demande sèche : « Votre numéro de chambre ! », ce qui témoigne d’un manque de professionnalisme évident.
Nous nous sommes finalement installés sur une table sale, jonchée de vaisselle provenant des clients ayant déjeuné précédemment.
Il est regrettable de constater que la bonne qualité du petit-déjeuner ait été ternie par ce manque d’attention.
It was lovely and clean plus the staff were all excellent and helpful.
The only negative thing was the aircon in our room did not work and it was a hot night, so made our stay less comfortable.

Mostly good with one exception. The reception staff were excellent, and the restaurant served good food. A welcome surprise, after several of my complaints on the subject, was that the management had finally taken the message on board and positioned the baggage carts by the hotel entrance, where handicapped guests like myself need them. Prevously they had beeen hidden under a staircase on the 1st floor, where they were all but inaccessible.
I thought that an attempt to charge €3 for parking (which I refused to pay) was disgraceful considering the inflated price of a night's stay, by far the most expensive at any Novotel used on my visit
