Pros:

Handy for visiting RHS garden

Cons:

It was very busy on both nights due to two Proms parties and also a French rugby team were visiting , but all in all everyone kept them selves to them selves

Pros:

Room was very clean and fairly quiet. Housekeeping staff friendly and very helpful. Chilled water dispenser by the lift is a nice addition, as rooms are quite warm (and any drinks left in them).

Cons:

Sofa was quite deep, so a cushion or two would have been good. No locks on bathroom doors. No information (re. wi-fi, checkout, etc.) provided by reception at check-in.

Good stay just a little run down but good value
Pros:

The staff were all friendly and helpful and the hotel and rooms were clean. Ideal location for RHS Bridgenorth. The bed was very comfortable and had a good night's sleep

Cons:

The room and bathroom were rather tired and several areas in the hotel were a little run down

Won't recommend I didn't have good experience
Pros:

Free parking distance was bad to city 18min drive good day,

Cons:

The room was old has mould in bathroom bath tub was colour the beds are so uncomfortable we booked twin room bed was basic single bed.

We came, stayed and did what we wanted.
Pros:

Everything was as expected except it was cleaner than when I used a Novotel in Sopithampton some twenty years ago. I have avoided them until now and was greatly impressed.

Cons:

Surprised at the b & b adjustment rate as I had booked at a price and then found it varying. Otherwise thank you

Excellent overnight hotel for business travellers
Pros:
