The room was clean, comfortable, and well maintained. The staff were very friendly, welcoming, and always happy to help.

Cons:

There were no tea or coffee making facilities in the room, which was disappointing as most hotels usually provide them. When I asked about this, I was told that these amenities are only included in the superior rooms. We were given bottled water only on the day of check-in. After that, if we wanted more water, we had to purchase it from the minibar, where a 1-litre bottle cost €6. In the end, we bought our water from a nearby supermarket instead.

Pros:

Clean and well maintained hotel except the very slow shower drain. I reported the shower drain issue 2 times without solving it. We ended up not taking much shower since the drain was so slow and it had flooded. Previous guests also reported the same problem with the shower drain. If this problem will not be solved, not worthwhile to stay here. Otherwise, it is a nice hotel.
