Pros:

Персонал максимально дружелюбный, обслуживание было 10 из 10, в номере было чисто. Отдельно порадовала возможность не заказывать уборку в обмен на бесплатные напитки в баре. Есть возможность оставить багаж после выезда. Внутри номера очень удобная кровать и матрас.

Cons:

В канем номере было очень маленькое окно далеко от кровати, которое выходит во внутренний двор и на лестницу. Из-за этого даже в 12 часов дня в комнате было темно, постоянно приходилось включать свет.

Excellent séjour, personnel adorable et hôtel très bien situé !
Pros:

Le personnel est vraiment très à l’écoute, très aimable et disponible\. Ils répondent rapidement aux demandes et nous ont très bien accueillis et traités pendant tout le séjour\. Le petit déjeuner est également copieux et varié\. L’hôtel est très bien situé, avec le métro à proximité, ce qui permet de rejoindre facilement le centre de Barcelone\. C’est vraiment pratique pour visiter la ville.

Cons:

Honnêtement, rien de particulier. J’ai été très satisfaite de mon séjour.

Muito bom hotel com ótimo café da manhã e localização
Pros:

A equipe é maravilhosa, o café da manhã excelente. Muito bem localizado e há uma estação de metrô próxima, que permitia ir e voltar dos pontos turísticos com facilidade. Adorei também o secador de cabelo que, destes de hotel, foi o melhor que já vi.

Cons:

Não tenho nada a reclamar.

Decent hotel
Pros:

The hotel is nice although at first we got a bedroom that had a tiny room and smell humid. Luckily they changed it for something nicer.

Cons:

I did not like the first room we were given especially considering it was a superior. Is not as close to the train station as I thought it should be.

Good location and premium hotel, but could be lot better in terms of service
Pros:

This is our first time staying in NH sants. The rooms are premium with comfy beds.the rooms and bathrooms are spacious.the loactuon is exceptional just 5 to 10 minutes walk from the station. They have 24 hours reception but the basic amenities were even charged.

Cons:

They are charging premium rates but did not even have complimentary water. We have stayed at many hotels in Europe, but even budget hotels provide one or two complimentary bottles. Also, the restaurant staff were very reluctant; we had to wait for them for about 20 minutes before we decided to head out for dinner at 9 p.m.
