Pros:

Very satisfied with the room & the accessible location to the different stores & our day & nightly event.

Cons:

The only small disappoint was there was no other beverage besides the flavored water & apple juice. Adding other beverages would be nice, such as cranberry juice.

I had a good stay
Pros:

I thought the breakfast was good. It was a little hard getting the eggs out the container, but I managed. The location for what I needed to do was perfect for me.

Cons:

I didn't know it was pet friendly, but I actually wasn't disturbed by the animals that were actually at the facility. That was about it. I couldn't really blame the hotel I just probably didn't read it was pet friendly.

Safe, great location, nice staff - but the halls and carpets could be cleaner/upgraded.
Pros:

Safe location with a lot of shopping areas nearby, staff was friendly, check in and out was easy, and the room was overall clean and comfortable. I would stay there again for access to a lot of different activities and venues to avoid staying directly in the city. Driving around residential areas as well to get around traffic was easy and quaint.

Cons:

The halls were a bit messy with bits of trash, and the carpets seriously need to be replaced with how many stains were noticeable. Our room was very clean overall, but there was a nasty stain on the drapes that should have had them replaced.

We would stay there again if we visit Manhattan in the future.
Pros:

They provided a cold water dispenser and reusable water bottles which we filled multiple times a day and appreciated the cold refreshing water.
The top floor had an outdoor seating area, indoor living room area, with an espresso/cappuccino maker, and tables where we enjoyed breakfast with views. It was relatively quiet despite being in a city. They also let us check in early without a fee.

Cons:

The room we picked on Booking.com was larger and showed a refrigerator and microwave. The room we got was smaller and did not have that. Staff did bring a small portable refrigerator to the room for us. Mattress was a little soft for our liking.
