The hotel is fairly clean for the most part and the staff were great. The only other thing that we wished it had was a p

We like that the property was closest to the King of Prussia Mall and that we had a suite so the room was bigger.

Cons:

The location is a little bit difficult to get to but not too hard that it inconvenienced us. The other thing that we didn’t like is that we showed up a little bit early to see if our room was ready and we were told that it would be an hour but regular check-in time is 3 o’clock and this check-in would’ve been at 2:30 2:45 and they expected the guests to pay $50 for anywhere between a half an hour and 15 minutes before the actual check-in time.

Loved it.
Pros:

The breakfast was great and the staff was superb. We didn't have a want while we were there. I was treated with respect and kindess. I was recognized as a hilton member as well.

Cons:

The bathroom has no fan. Parking was very tight. A bit more signage from the road, we were in a downpour and could barely see the driveway.

Never going back there again.
Pros:

The first staff we met was so unwelcoming and unfriendly. Never offered any good solution and acted like it was a disturbance answering our questions.

Cons:

The front office looked tardy, there was a cleaning equipment by the side of gym area when we worked in. The corridors on our floor were dirty.
