I would return
Pros:

Breakfast was excellent, there was plenty of varieties of hot foods and the fruit was fresh. The location suited our needs for access to various places we needed to go while there. all good on this

Cons:

The room had a stale odor however the staff was readily available for requests for more towels and any information we had regarding eateries as well as explaining from hotel services for our connivence.

Pros:

It was right across from the airport

Cons:

I had to change rooms 3 times in the first room There was a pile of water in the middle of the floor The second room only had one bed when I booked two because there were 3 of us The third room was freezing and it didn't get warm until 3 in the morning. Really not a good stay.

Cons:

The breakfast felt rushed as they were trying to get things out, and the food was kind of gross. Could have better hot options and should leave the cold food out all the way until 9 AM.

I really wish there was a pool.
Pros:

I mostly liked the layout. I like that there was a huge breakfast room, but I used to go to this specific property a lot with my family and we would swim in the pool. If I had to choose, I’d pick the pool every time. This time my kids were very disappointed that there wasn’t a pool. Nothing you can do about it, but unfortunately that’s a big factor in deciding where to stay!

Cons:

I really didn’t like the elevator. It shook every time we were on it. One time my son moved to the other side of the elevator car while it was going up & I thought it was going to drop!

Chardonnary Jones was so welcoming, which was appreciated after a long trip. She’s a keeper.

Late night arrival, perfect location
Pros:

The location was walking distance from the terminal. The staff were great! The general manager was a fantastic man who showed so much pride in his work, Marriott is lucky to have such great people.

Employees couldn't help me, there was never a room for my wife, yet you took my money anyway.
Pros:

That there was supposed to be a room available.

Cons:

There wasn't a room available. You never had a room for me. My wife was stranded in the airport. You took my money and ignored me. The room couldn't be confirmed on your end apparently, my wife slept on the airport floor, yet you kept our money and didn't refund us.
