Pros:

Close to airport, free shuttle, can leave car there for minimal fee. Staff was the best!!!! So friendly and helpful.

Cons:

Dirty, old, needs cleaned and updated. Smelled

The facility was very nice. And the staff at front desk and restaurant were excellent.

Cons:

Stayed for 2 nights. Room never visited by the cleaning staff after the first night.

Pros:

Shower didn't work and they knew it didn't before they gave us the room. Had a friend stay two days later, got the same room and shower still didn't work at all! Staff didn't care including the manager. Should be completely reimbursed

Never stayed at any hotel where the shower did not work.
Pros:

Location to the airport

Cons:

Shower did not work and the staff knew this but still gave us the room. Our neighbors got the same room the night before and the shower was not working then as well.

Rude employees.
Pros:

This hotel is filthy! No hot water in hotel. The assistant general manager was nasty , rude and unprofessional. The van driver was very rude and unprofessional on 4/5/2026.
