The room was very spacious and luxurious. Immaculately clean.Tea making and coffee machine. Toiletries, robe and slippers. Given how quiet it was I was surprised how many people I saw at breakfast. Breakfast was lovely. Staff serving were attentive but not over powering. More expensive than I would usually pay but worth it. As I only stayed one night I didn't get to explore the grounds. Easy walking into the town.
Spent three days at Dower House and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. This venue offers tranquillity, charm and extremely good service. Staff are exceptionally on the ball, very pleasant, attentive and contribute positively to a quality guest experience. Sitting in the lovely gardens is very relaxing and the hotel, whilst very quiet, is close to Woodhall Spa`s attractive and quaint main shopping street. Breakfast and Dinner at Dower House was enjoyable with quality ingredients and well prepared meals - good number of Gluten Free options also available. All in all, a lovely stay and we wouldn`t hesitate to return.
Quiet and nice big and deep bath.
Tile grout was mouldy in the bathroom. Beverages limited to just tea and coffee. Tired furniture, carpet not the best. Shower bracket broken. No safe and no fridge. For a suite it wasn’t worth the £234 per night. Very old and small TVs in bedroom and living room.

Some of the outside seating chairs had broken seats which were not safe but still out. Was not great considering high standard everywhere else

Easy access, big car park, reception and bar staff very friendly and efficient, breakfast was lovely, lots of choice and all served hot and with a smile. All in all a lovely weekend stay. Highly recommend

Room was quite warm and had no air conditioning and there was slight smell of it previously being a room that smoking was allowed in on initially entering the room

No air conditioning far to hot and it needs a complete overhaul the windows and decor is very faded.
