Estancia por demás agradable! Descansando en un lugar cómodo, limpio, muy estético y con un trato más que cordial!
Pros:

Cerca de todos los medios de transporte público que te llevan a los lugares turísticos de interés.
Habitación cómoda con baño y ducha excelente.
Desayuno excelente (variado, completo y con opciones caseras y saludables) con una atención por parte del personal que es excepcional.
El personal de la recepción muy amables! En lo personal me tocó pedir información a Miguel y Tatiana y fueron más que amables! Te explican todo con paciencia una amabilidad inagotable!

Si tuviera que dar una sugerencia: solo aconsejaría una mampara en la ducha para evitar que salpicara tanta agua en el piso.

Pros:

Check in online permitiu escolher o quarto, que era muito grande, limpo e confortável! Funcionários muito educados e café da manhã excelente. Localização boa, cerca de 10 minutos andando da estação de metrô Les Corts ou Barcelona Sants. O wifi gratuito não era muito rápido mas tinha sinal em todo o quarto.

Cons:

O frigobar não gelava as bebidas e a velocidade da internet muito baixa.

Confortable con fallos de gestión del personal, sin solución.
Pros:

Me gustó la vista que tenía, la terraza con las vistas y la limpieza. El desayuno podría ser mejor.

Cons:

El televisor se ubicaba muy lejos de la cama, no se podía visualizar bien.
La noche que estuvimos, fuimos a cenar fuera y trajimos la comida que nos sobró de la cena, para que nos la puedan guardar en la nevera, el día siguiente que nos retiramos, al pedirlo, se encontraba todo el cartón con la pizza mojada, la señorita nos dijo que hubo un problema con la nevera y se derramó agua. Y nosotros nos quedamos con el cartón mojado y la comida mojada. Por lo que no nos dieron solución.

Pros:

Mi sono fermato solo 1 notte. La posizione è abbastanza centrale e comunque in una zona ricca di ristoranti e bar. Non ho usufruito della colazione, quindi non posso giudicarla. La stanza aveva un bel balcone che dava sulla via principale, molto carino.

Cons:

Se proprio devo trovare un difetto, gli ascensori erano un po' piccoli, anche se erano 2. Risultava un po' difficile entrare con le valigie, gli spazi erano un po' ristretti. Ma sicuramente questo non ha inciso sulla qualità del soggiorno.

Pet friendly, Clean & Quiet
Pros:

It's not the first time I stay here and I highly appreciate how pet friendly they are, this is definitely the top reason for why I like this hotel and repeat stays at NH hotels. This one in particular is what you'd expect from a 3star hotel, although I would say their terrace suites are up to the standard of a higher star. Toiletries appreciated, complimentary large water bottle highly appreciated. Top floor rooms are spacious, with separate space for wardrobe and a good sized bathroom. Terrace on top rooms are much better than the photos, skyline views, top for a nice night relaxation and a morning coffee. In that sense it definitely exceeds the 3 stars it has. Area is a residential area but a couple of minutes walk away from La Illa and Diagonal as well as about 10 minutes walk from Sants Station and maybe 20 mins from Plaza España, very good location and a quiet neighbourhood. Quiet rooms and clean.
For pets: dog bed and 3 bowls provided. Which once again makes it a hotel we feel very welcome at and gives it extra points! We will be returning with no doubt.

Cons:

Checkin is very slow, 2 staff for one room check-in while there where a few of us waiting in line. I requested not to be disturbed for a couple of hours after checkin due to a work meeting but was immediately disturbed because reception did not let staff know as promised, and they came up with the pet supplies.
