Pros:

Breakfast was ok. Bed was comfortable. Good shower. Clean women’s public toilet. Nice views from the outside balcony not from room but just outside the room especially at night. Great service for leaving luggage. Staff were helpful.

Cons:

Cleanliness of the breakfast area. No room service even though we were there for 3 days so no cLean towels. No jug in the room to make a cup of tea. Had to rely on getting not so very hot water from the coffee machine and it took ages to heat up. No outdoor furniture on the balcony which was a shame as we had to lug the good, heavy, indoor furniture out if we wanted to sit outside.

Good for the price
Pros:

This hotel is hidden in the middle of a busy street, but the staff is incredibly kind, it was a good reservation for the price, and we did feel safe. Parking is tricky, and the breakfast is all carbs, but we would definitely stay here again. The rooms were SO spacious!

Family Oasis
Pros:

Nice location in Waikiki, short walking distance to Waikiki beach and Royal Hawaiian Center. The atmosphere was family friendly and clean. Love all the beautiful tropical plants a true oasis in my book! Staff very friendly and knowledgeable about the area. Love the security gate at night! Koi pond was a nice surprise!

No AC for 2 days
Pros:

The location is okay. However, the hotel rooms were dingy and old. It seems like they have not been upkept in a long time. Our room AC was not working and our room was very hot. We had a long day of traveling and arriving to a hot room was very disappointing. We were told a tech would come fix it the next day. However, we are on day 2 with no AC and now being told a tech isn't available. They are now saying we can get a new room tomorrow.
The breakfast was terrible with minimal options.
The room is not comfortable due to the hot rooms and general sense of it feeling dirty.

Nice clean hotel and perfect location
Pros:

The hotel is located within walking distance near restaurants, shops, and the beach. The rooms were spacious and clean. The staff were great and would tend to any concerns right away. It was also nice that beach towels and chairs were offered to guests visiting so they don't need to purchase additional items. Thank you Andrew and staff for making our first time stay memorable.

Pros:

It’s a nice hotel and in good location. It’s in central of Waikīkī. Very close to the beach and restaurants. But the hotel is not on main streets so very quiet.

Great experience
Pros:

Location was great. Atmosphere was relaxing and comfortable. We felt very safe our whole trip. Rooms were spacious, clean and views were beautiful. The noise level was low, if any. The valets and front desk employees were incredible. Always offering ideas for places to go and see. Always had smiles and were very welcoming. The continental breakfast was very simple. Loved that they always had water and juice or ice tea out all day long.
