Great hotel location next to highway not ideal but customer service is excellent clean place and ok prices

Window on 2 nd floor next to highway noise is NOT ideal for someone having surgery the next day

Pros:

Desde que llegamos nos atendieron amablemente y en todo momento nos preguntaron si nos encontrábamos bien con todo en nuestra habitación. Excelente atención y servicio.

Cons:

Que no manejen agua embotellada, entiendo que ese servicio ya no lo manejan en ningun hotel en el pais, pero si es agotador tener que ir a buscar agua cuando ya estas comodo.

Excellent stay
Pros:

Breakfast was really good. Everything i could want. Shuttle service from airport to hotel quick and friendly. Located near airport. Served my needs exactly. Room was nice and clean. Beds super comfy. Had food delivered right to room. Staff really friendly and helpful.

Exceptional !
Pros:

The location was perfect! Just one freeway exit away from the downtown area and tucked into a neighborhood just across from the airport. The little gift shop/mini-market off the lobby was well stocked with snacks, essentials and souvenirs. The pool area was very clean and well maintained and there was also a separate courtyard. The desk staff was efficient (not overly friendly). The shuttle service was excellent. The ride to the airport was very short (15 min) and right on time. The shuttle driver went out of his way to return the backpack my husband left in the shuttle . Thus could have been a missed flight disaster! My grandchildren and I proceeded through security ,praying my husband would be able to fetch his bag and meet up with us. Thanks to the driver for answering his phone and getting the bag back in time for my husband to make the flight!

Cons:

With a 6:00 am flight, leaving the hotel at 4:39 am we were not able to take advantage of the complementary breakfast. It would be amazing if there was an option for to-go bags with yogurt, breakfast bars, fruit?? Or, even similar items for purchase would be nice.
