Great value for the stay, great people and great location.
Pros:

The staff at every level were friendly, helpful and kind. The kind lady attending the the continental breakfast was excellent and attended to those attending breakfast with a smile and was making sure the food was hot and plentiful.

Ok für ein 3* Hotel
Pros:

Wir hatten ein Zimmer mit 2 Queensize-Betten (Zimmernr. 310). Viele saubere Handtücher, saubere Bettwäsche, Dusche (zum Glück keine Badewanne), Frühstück war ok (typisch amerikanisch halt), Zimmerreinigung war gut
Pool sah sauber aus, allerdings haben wir den Lake Michigan und Lake Charlevoix vorgezogen.
Von der Hauptverkehrsstraße vor der Tür hat man nicht viel mitbekommen.

Cons:

Es hat etwas muffig gerochen im Zimmer. Ein paar fremde Haare lagen auch auf dem Boden im Bad (war mir egal, einfach ein Handtuch feucht gemacht und die Haare weggewischt). Gegenüber vok unserem Zimmer war ein Raum mit einer Eiswürfelmaschine. Bei Benutzung durch die Ammis war es recht laut. Zudem war dort auch die Waschmaschine und der Trockner angeschlossen. Ebenfalls sehr laut. Zimmernr. 310

Pros:

Definitely needs a full face lift. Got stuck in shower, door gets stuck and no matter how had u tried u weren't getting out. Luckily I figured out and lifted the bottom up and got out.

Cons:

Lots of paint over paint, sloppy and didn't try to make it look decent lol guess that's my ocd but really it's a chain and should be kept to standards like they make all buisness do. Rooms were small but beds were nice.

We really enjoyed ourself, we would stay again
Pros:

Location for wanting to go to near by towns was perfect, it was clean and employees are friendly

Convenient location, updates needed to bathrooms and pool area. Mediocre breakfast options..
Pros:

Good location decent rooms nice staff

Cons:

Bathroom needs updating, shower door stuck, side door does not lock, noisy we were in an end room and could hear people come and go. Neighbors dog barked constantly through early morning. Breakfast was mediocre. Pool was dingy and hot tub was broken last fall when we came and again this time.
