L’emplacement
Le lit est atypique

Je pense que nous avions la plus petite chambre de l’hôtel, d’après le plan d’évacuation.

La nuit, la climatisation faisait un bruit insupportable, même éteinte. Je suis allé voir le réceptionniste pour trouver une solution et demander un changement de chambre. Il m’a regardé droit dans les yeux et m’a simplement tendu des boules Quies… Je ne savais pas si c’était une blague.

Le lendemain, on m’a assuré que le problème serait réglé dans la journée. Le soir, en rentrant, rien n’avait été fait et il n’y avait plus de chambre disponible. En revanche, je pouvais « heureusement » garder les boules Quies si gentiment données…

Finalement, mon conjoint a dû monter sur le toit par la fenêtre, à minuit, pour régler le problème : les climatisations des étages supérieurs gouttaient sur la nôtre, ce qui provoquait le bruit.
C’est lui qui a dû résoudre le problème, pas l’hôtel

Lors du check-out, un nouveau réceptionniste nous a demandé si tout s’était bien passé. Nous avons répondu que non. Il a simplement dit « d’accord » sans poser de question supplémentaire. Pas d’excuses, pas d’intérêt, rien.
J’imagine que c’était également une blague, comme les boules Quies…

Un service client inexistant et une gestion des problèmes inacceptable. Nous ne reviendrons pas.

Super séjour d’une semaine dans ce bel hôtel
Pros:

Très bel établissement, chambre confortable et spacieuse, style ancien qui donne un certain charme. Propre, la chambre est faite tous les jours. Bon petit déjeuner. Personnel souriant et disponible.

Cons:

Un peu bruyant sur la rue mais heureusement pas trop de trafic

Posizione interessante, in una zona tranquilla e ben servita della città. L'hotel si trova in un bel quartiere residenziale di San Francisco, a pochi passi da vie animate con bar e ristoranti popolari.

Cons:

La colazione lascia un po' a desiderare. A parte i bagle e, a chi piacciono, i waffle, non ho trovato molto altro di buono da mangiare.

Liked the hotel 👍
Pros:

The hotel is beautiful! The staff is awesome, the rooms are clean and overall very quiet.

Cons:

The ceiling in the room started leaking, the restaurant area only served appetizers and the room was stuffy. The hotel did provide a fan and addressed the leaky ceiling but did not discount my stay. 😞
