LA PEOR EXPERIENCIA HOTELERA
Pros:

Deficiente en todo sentido.

Cons:

Esta ha sido una de las peores experiencias hoteleras que he tenido. No suelo dejar reseñas negativas, pero creo importante advertir a otros viajeros.

El hotel realizó un cobro duplicado que, pese a mis reclamos, aún no ha sido revertido, afectando además el cupo de mi tarjeta durante las vacaciones. Estuvimos también dos días sin agua caliente, problema que inicialmente negaron y que solo reconocieron después.

Además, nos asignaron una habitación con las ventanas completamente selladas y tuvimos que solicitar un cambio. El desayuno fue muy decepcionante y, durante toda nuestra estadía, el manager nunca estuvo presente para hacerse cargo de los problemas ni ofrecer una solución.

Una experiencia realmente muy mala.

An unknown gem!
Pros:

Spacious rooms, nice decor, helpful staff, nice bar and restaurant (breakfast). Great value. Location-wise, it is not really close to anything but it is centrally located to everything. San Francisco is a perimeter city. Nothing happens in the center which is where this property is located but it is equidistant to everything be it Golden Gate Park, the Presidio, Fishermans Wharf or Union Square.

Cons:

While the premises are nicely renovated the furniture is a little dated. We experienced a rare heat wave during our stay and the air conditioning unit was adequate though not great. Shouldn't be a big concern as I don't think an air conditioner is necessary in SF 95% of the time.

Pros:

Personal muy atento y amable, cama muy cómoda, ubicación en zona tranquila, con paradas bus cerca, con muchos detalles como café y cookies durante el dia en el hall, agua..nos prepararon y dejaron entrar a la habitación antes de la hora de entrada,

Cons:

las camas son muy altas, por si la gente tiene problemas de mobilidad. La habitación pequeña es suficiente pero si necesitas espacio queda pequeña.

Guter Start für 1-2 Tage San Francisco
Pros:

Sehr alte, aber saubere Zimmer mit Charme. Das Frühstück war klein, aber fein und das Personal durchgehend freundlich.

Cons:

Abends haben wir uns auf dem Fußweg zum Hotel nicht allzu wohl gefühlt. Da hätten wir die Lage vorher abklären sollen. Für ein paar Nächte aber vollkommen in Ordnung.

Cozy room, perfect for a weekend away
Pros:

The ambience was great, aswell as the location and breakfast. The shower didn't work well at first but they fixed it the same day.

Cons:

You can tell that the building is on the older side so the room smelled a little musty. Also the were a few ants in the bathroom so that room might need a renovation.

Das Personal war freundlich und die Zimmer waren sauber. Das Frühstück war auch gut!

Cons:

Die Klimaanlage war leider etwas laut und das Bett hat sehr gewackelt, wenn man sich gedreht hat.

Pros:

This was our third stay at the Hotel Majestic. My first time was due to canceled flights earlier this year. The stay was great and now this is my first choice when staying in SF. The hotel is well maintained. The rooms are spacious, comfortable and quiet. The staff is uniformly welcoming and helpful. For the price it is a fantastic stay.

Warm and welcoming.
Pros:

We love this property. All the staff have been friendly the three times we’ve stayed. Special thanks to Manoj for making our stay so lovely. The staff here have a special ability of making their guests feel like family. They are warm and welcoming. Can’t wait to come back.

The charm of The Majestic hotel amplifies the charm of old San Francisco
Pros:

The Hotel Majestic is magical and the staff is fantastic. We enjoy staying here anytime we are visiting the City. I appreciated access to Keurig 24 hours. The cookies at night are a lovely touch and the breakfast is good, especially if you like fresh waffles, scrambled eggs, toast, bacon and sausage. But what really sets this historic hotel apart is the staff. I highly recommend the restaurant Octavia that is around the corner for dinner, as it is Michelin noted.

Cons:

The on street parking is challenging.
