Llegamos al hotel a las 11 pm y estaban las puertas cerradas (manifestaciones previstas por la tarde dias antes) sin nadie atendiendo. No habia timbre así que tuvimos que golpear por 10 min las rejas. AL final salió una persona y aviso al guarda que estaba ausente (probablemente en el baño). El responsable esa noche y su ayudante tienen la oficina junto a la reja, oian el ruido pero no se asomaban. Cuando expresamos nuestra queja nos decian que ese no era su trabajo sino el del empleado de la entrada. Muy poca empatia con el cliente. El empleado se habia ausentado unos minutos y ellos no respondian a nuestro llamado desde dentro. El hotel está ubicado en una zona no muy aconsejable para estar fuera por la noche. Recomendamos que pongan un timbre y hablar con los responsables (en especial los de la noche) para que actuen y se cubran si algún cliente llega con la puerta cerrada.

Pros:

El hotel es muy bueno, súper limpio y las atenciones inmejorables, las habitaciones amplias y limpias, piscina temperada e impecable, entras al hotel y es otro mundo, es la segunda vez que nos hospedamos aquí.

Cons:

Mejoraría un poquito los espacios de los estacionamientos, los autos grandes se toman un estacionamiento y medio, en todo caso siempre hay estacionamientos, las veces que hemos ido ningún problema.

Great location, old world charm, comfy beds, pool and gym are excellent too.
Pros:

Great location. Easy walk to the fabulous Pre-Colombian museum, Mercato Centrale and the cathedral. Tree lined boulevards just across the road. Loved the 22 metre pool and gym was really well set up.

Cons:

I missed having face washers, and avjug and milk for making tea. Chile is a coffee culture.
