Hotel in pieno centro comodo per visitare la città. Ambienti lussuosi ed accoglienti con uno staff numeroso e professionale. In particolare il servizio colazione è di alto livello. Camera molto spaziosa e pulita. Abbiamo apprezzato anche la piscina interna, palestra e sauna. Top

Large swimming pool and the bar staff. The room was old but in ok shape.
There was ok choice for breakfast, but the breakfast room was a big chaos. There were many people and you could not breathe in there. After a few minutes I had to leave, I couldn't enjoy the breakfast big disaster. Also, I did not like that to get to the pool. You had to cross the lobby to get to another lift. Not 5 star hotel.

Quartos espaçosos, estacionamento disponível, hotel muito bonito, café da manhã muito bem servido.
Única queixa: um Recepcionista que nos atendeu não nos deu informações claras, aparentemente estava impaciente, não nos informou adequadamente sobre elevadores (no estacionamento é um e para quartos é outro) o que gerou um pouco mais de trabalho com bagagens, além do necessário. Outras sugestões de melhorias: ofertar camas/colchões com densidades mais elevadas e atualizar as TVs dos quartos para smart.
