Pros:

marquei quarto para 3 pessoas, 2 adultos e 1 criança, o quarto que foi oferecido pelo hotel tinha somente 1 cama, tive que pagar 1 cama a parte mesmo o booking falando que era pra ate 4 pessoas e sem custos para menor de 12 anos. quando chegamos o atendente não quis colocar se quer 1 colchão para atender a demanda da noite.

cobraram taxas extras por uma cama, mesmo o booking falando que era para 4 pessoas e só tinha 1 cama de casal com colchão ruim, a localização não e das melhores, região central, a noite é perigoso. e o atendente do dia que chegamos muito ruim, mal quis tentar resolver o problema quando chegamos

he alojado en el hotel por viajes cortos, y cumple totalmente las expectativas, cercano a todo.

hubo un discusión entre el personal que atiende el desayuno que no fue agradable, más aún porque había una familia de extranjeros que presenció la discusión y probablemente no entendieron el asunto.
