We got an upgrade to a suite which was very nice and clean . very spacious, the bathroom is like a ballroom, clean towels and room . Staff is very nice and helpful. huge hotel in the heart of Santo Domingo
bed makes a lot of noise when you move around.Decoration and furniture is a bit stale which is a pity because it is really a nice hotel in the middle of the city. With a bit of refurbishment and a fresh touch up this place would be perfect.

Desayuno excelente. Buen servicio. Muy buena ubicación. El baño le da un poco de trabajo descargar el escusado. El agua sale de la bañera durante su uso. Y las toallas son insuficientes. Por otro lado las regaderas funcionan muy bien así como también el agua caliente
La planta es un poco molesta en el área de piscina. El escusado se toma mucho tiempo para descargar. Las toalla resultaron insuficientes y el personal de habitación no repuso el café, te y el azúcar el segundo día. Tampoco pudimos usar el teléfono de la habitación

La atención muy buena la limpieza también el desayuno bastante completo lo recomiendo
El servicio del restaurante y el bar a veces un poco lento pero en general nada q no se pueda mejorar
El personal
- No hay neveritas ni minibar de ningún tipo en las habitaciones de menor costo.
- Escasa información en general, tanto del personal en el check in como en las habitaciones. Ningún folleto con info general del hotel, ningún menu de room service etc. Esto es raro, pues un hotel tiene todo motivo para promocionar sus servicios y comodidades.
- Mantenimiento que deja mucho que desear. Reporté el primer día que la cajafuerte no funcionaba, y no se presentó nadie del personal para arreglarlo durante la semana que duró mi estadía.
- La(s) habitacion(es), necesita(n) una renovación y una actualización. El aire acondicionado está un poco viejo, como tambien la televisón (ni siquiera el soporte de la tele esztaba en buena condición). No hay contactos para cargar equipos.
- La limpieza en general OK pero encontré sució que parecía moho en el techo del baño.
