Very frustrated with my stay and I work for the media and unfortunately this will leave a mark.
Manager/supervisor had no service or hospitality skills.
Clean
We were really impressed with this hotel! The rate was very reasonable, the room was clean and large, and the pool was wonderful! It was a good temperature for my kids and they had a ton of fun splashing around each evening. The staff was very helpful and friendly. It was nice that there are two elevators and they are both pretty quick. On-site, free parking was really good for us, as we were on a family car trip. Also, there are lots of places within walking distance to get food or purchase necessities.
Really, everything was great! If I HAD to change something, I'd add a free breakfast, but it wasn't a deal-breaker for us at all.
Good spot in town, friendly staff, nice lobby. The pool was enjoyed by the kids. The room was quite spacious. The free coffee was a nice touch. There were what looked like many sports teams staying but the night was quiet and didn't hear anything.
The bathroom had some obvious signs of mold. The air conditioning had a slight mildew smell amd the beds weren't amazing but also not terrible either.
Staff were so friendly and personable. Bed was super comfy and the location was great for our needs.
Smoke alarms went off at 5:30 am. We had to evacuate to parking lot
We did not eat there, the staff was very friendly. I asked for more towels and they brought them quickly.
The blankets and sheets and pillows were perfect, very comfortable.
The pool echo but they all do.
The staff downstairs were amazing
