Found hair’s on our beds. Elevator is too small for the occupancy of the building. You have to wait for a while specially when busy hours like weekends or checking outs.
Spacious room. Very clean and comfortable. Nice firm mattress and wonderful shower. AC a bit on the loud side, but that's life... better than no AC! Had a fine stay, didn't take advantage of the breakfast but overall had a very good stay.
The WiFi password written by hand on the room key envelope was not legible but luckily, we were not there long enough for that to make a difference. Would stay here again if in town for sure.
Very frustrated with my stay and I work for the media and unfortunately this will leave a mark.
Manager/supervisor had no service or hospitality skills.
Good spot in town, friendly staff, nice lobby. The pool was enjoyed by the kids. The room was quite spacious. The free coffee was a nice touch. There were what looked like many sports teams staying but the night was quiet and didn't hear anything.
The bathroom had some obvious signs of mold. The air conditioning had a slight mildew smell amd the beds weren't amazing but also not terrible either.
Clean
We were really impressed with this hotel! The rate was very reasonable, the room was clean and large, and the pool was wonderful! It was a good temperature for my kids and they had a ton of fun splashing around each evening. The staff was very helpful and friendly. It was nice that there are two elevators and they are both pretty quick. On-site, free parking was really good for us, as we were on a family car trip. Also, there are lots of places within walking distance to get food or purchase necessities.
Really, everything was great! If I HAD to change something, I'd add a free breakfast, but it wasn't a deal-breaker for us at all.
Staff were so friendly and personable. Bed was super comfy and the location was great for our needs.
