Nice and quick stay thankyou
Pros:

Rooms were quite large and gas and oven and fridge. Washing machine and dryer was great too. Close to the markets and parliament hill

It’s very good for family I was able to stay with my family in one place

The bathroom cleaning was not very good. Unfortunately, I saw hair and dirt on the floor from previous occupants.

Heureusement il y a un peu de positif : Logement et équipement plutôt moderne. Grandeur de la chambre assez adaptée pour un séjour avec bébé. Situation correcte

Cons:

Logement SALE ! Traces de graisse dans la cuisine, toiles d'araignées dans les coins de plafond, couches de poussières un peu partout, et le plus inacceptable : sol extrêmement sale. Notre bébé avait ses pieds noirs après seulement 30 minutes.
Nous avions signalé le soucis le lendemain matin, on nous a confirmé que la chambre serait confirmée, sans recevoir la moindre excuse du desk : seule la poubelle a été vidée et le lit fait!
Après avoir fait part de notre mécontentement au checkout, nous nous attendions au minimum à des excuses de la part des responsables qui ont reçu les photos. 2 semaines après notre séjour, rien!
Quel manque de respect pour les clients. Nous ne recommandons pas, c'est dommage.

Emplacement idéal
Pros:

Chambre très spacieuse, super propre. Emplacement idéal, nous avons marché partout.

Cons:

Stationnement dispendieux, mais d'autres options moins chère pas trop loin. L'hôtel était très occupé durant le marathon d'Ottawa donc il pouvait être long d'attendre les ascenseurs.
