Pros:

Chambre très spacieuse, super propre. Emplacement idéal, nous avons marché partout.

Cons:

Stationnement dispendieux, mais d'autres options moins chère pas trop loin. L'hôtel était très occupé durant le marathon d'Ottawa donc il pouvait être long d'attendre les ascenseurs.

Altogether a very good option in central Ottawa
Pros:

Great location, smart fresh room

Cons:

Incredibly squeaky bed - couldn’t sleep.
Maybe offer some smaller / softer pillows - personal preference but they seemed very large and overfilled.

Lack of care while cleaning. Dirty spits in kitchen floor, bed sheets had black marks on them. They were eventually replaced on day two after we pointed it out
