Central location
Breakfast was great and location was great. Walk to Port and Train Station.
No aircon and it was very hot in the room. Top floor sun had been shining in room day when we checked in. Had asked if window could be opened on booking site, was told yes. Window opened 1cm no airflow at all. Hotel full so could not change rooms, however. Staff brought fan up which was a bit of a relief.

Prima ligging in Bergen, ruime kamers, alles wat een hotel moet hebben was er, grote lobby, gelegenheid om koffers nog even weg te zetten. De kamer was ruim, het ontbijt was ook prima, al met al goed maar niet overweldigend.
Het pand was oud, dat zag je aan verschillende dingen. Onze kamer was prima en gerenoveerd. Andere delen van het hotel waren dat nog niet. De check in was heel laat, pas na 16.00 uur. Niet fijn als je met een kind reist en tassen bij je hebt.

Fint rom, veldig varmt da vi ankom. Glad vi ikke kom senere på kveld, rett før leggetid.
Ingen håndsåpe, dusjsåpe eller sjampo i beholderne.
For mange gjester ved samme frokostbuffet.. gjester tok mat med hendene og brukte glutenfri toastjern til vanlig brød. Frokost virket kaotisk og noe uren.
Lite utvalg av glutenfritt til frokost. Bestilte på Scandic da jeg har svært god erfaring med dette fra tidligere, at det kan være gode glutenfrie ting og også noe søtt, men her var det ikke så mye.

Location was ideal.
Nothing really annoyed us, but there were a few areas for improvement. We couldn’t get milk. Glass door to bathroom seemed odd.

Der Frühstücksraum war überfüllt, jeder schaute, dass er einen Platz fand, hektischen Getriebe. Das Zimmer war groß, die Fenster nicht sauber,unser Teppichboden hatte einen unangenehmen, großen,schwarzen Flecken.
I like the location and the room was very big and everything clean.
I asked for housekeeping first day but they only changed the towels, didnt tidy the bed...I do not know why and then the second day they changed towels and made the bed.
Also, staff was a little bit cold with the guest, specially one man from reception, his name is Samuel.
Matpakke was extraordinary generous. You can make it quite after your taste.
In our room was the noise from street on Friday a little bit too loud, but they were true about that on the reception and we choose that it doesn't matter so much. The main problem was that the TV set did not give you opportunity to mirror your mobile phone screen.
