The hotel left a positive impression.
Pros:

Very good breakfast. Location in the middle of the city and life.
Right next to the hotel there was a large underground paid car park, although the entrance to it was not the easiest to find.
The room was comfortable and pleasant.
There was also a small incident. The door lock in our room refused to cooperate with us. Fortunately, the hotel staff managed to open the door within an hour, we got our things and were given a new room. A small gift was also given as compensation.

Pros:

Aamupala oli loistava, samoin sijainti.

Cons:

Hotellin käytävät olivat aika nuhjuiset, siistit kylläkin. Hotelli oli myös hyvin sokkeloinen ja huoneeseen piti mennä useammalla hissillä.

Bon hôtel très bien situé à Bergen
Pros:

Bon hôtel très bien situé pour visiter le centre ville et très pratique pour nous qui arrivions de Flåm en bateau et repartions avec l’Express côtier (l’hôtel est entre les 2 ports). Déco un peu vieillotte mais chambre spacieuse et très calme. Excellent petit déjeuner buffet. Très bon rapport qualité/prix pour la Norvège. Possibilité de laisser les bagages jusqu’à notre départ en bateau le soir.

Cons:

La première chambre qui nous a été attribuée était déjà occupée! Le personnel à la réception pourrait être un peu plus accueillant.

Cons:

The cooked breakfast offerings were disappointing but the cereal and cold meat, cheese & bread was fine. However the coffee tasted awful.

Excellent city-centre hotel that exceeded expectations.
Pros:

The room was clean, large and comfortable. It was great to discover I had a bath as well as a fridge. The TV size and age were great. The blackout curtains were excellent.

Cons:

The in-room coffee facilities could be improved. A kettle with cheap instant coffee 'fingers' isn't really acceptable for business travellers anymore. Also, the hairdryer was of very poor quality. For me, the bed was also a little soft. I would prefer a harder mattress.
