الموقع جميل في حي راقي وهادئ ، اجراءت القدوم والمغادرة ممتازه ، موظفين الاستقبال رائعين ومتعاونين بدون استثناء وخاصة كامل والأخت حنان اعتقد هذا اسمها ، النظافه ممتازه ، اي شئ تحتاجه يتم تلبيته ، شكرا لهم .

Cons:

الغرف ضيقه جدا جدا ، والممرات ضيقه . الذهاب إلى امكن السياحه والأسواق الكبيره يحتاج مشي لا يقل عن عشرين دقيقه ، أحياناً في الصباح ازعاج من التصليحات ، في الغرف تسمع أصوات اي حركة في الغرف القريبه منك .

Quaint hotel in West London
Pros:

Fantastic staff. Friendly and knowledgeable. The room was always clean. The hotel was very unique, located in a quiet neighborhood, nothing like we’re used to in the states. Very quaint and quiet. It’s not far from Paddington and Bayswater underground, so very easy to get around London. And near some great pubs and shopping.

Best stay I had in London so far
Pros:

I had a Single Bedroom and it was really lovely. The bed was bigger than I expected and for a single room in London the room was quite spacious. The staff were really nice and friendly and there was always someone available at the reception ( Most of the time I spoke to Hanna, Ibrahim and Tynissa. There were really kind and helpful with my luggage). The location of the hotel is really good as well. There is Paddington station about 10 walking minutes away a when your flying from LHR you can just take the Elizabeth line from there to get to all the terminals. When your checking out of the hotel it is possible to leave your luggage at the hotel and come back later to get it ( Really helpful when you have a late flight like I did). About 5 walking minutes away there is also a bus station from where you can get to Notting Hill or to the centre. The hotel is near Hyde Park which is really nice because you can go through Hyde Park to get to Buckingham Palace or the Natural History Museum. I stayed 6 nights and had Breakfast 3 times. The breakfast is really good. You have a buffet where you can get as much as you like and you can also choose one item of from a menu which is really nice as well ( I really recommend the avocado sourdough bread with poached eggs). Overall I must say that it was the best hotel that I stayed in in London so far.

Excellent !
Pros:

This is my second time staying at this property. The service, staff, and breakfast are excellent. The rooms have been renovated and are truly spacious and airy. Its proximity to Paddington Station and Hyde Park is unbeatable. I would love to stay here again. Thanks to everyone. Highyly recommend :)

Cons:

The only issue was hearing some noise this time due to ongoing renovations. That's all.

Great location next to Paddington and Hyde park, my 2nd stay there
Pros:

2nd time in this property, love the location, hotel is still relatively fresh, staff is amazing

Cons:

First night I was in the room where AC was blowing directly to the bed and you can’t change the flow, I asked to change the room the following day and team was very accommodating.

Excellent service and atmosphere
Pros:

This is my favorite hotel to stay when in London on business. The staff is excellent - professional and considerate. (Thank you, Hanna and Syed! You two set me up for success that week.) The rooms are immaculate, the food is great, and the ambiance is relaxing.
