L'albergo è estremamente pulito e accogliente. Arredamento ben curato e moderno. La posizione è comodissima, a piedi è possibile raggiungere facilmente tre fermate della metro, arrivando in ogni punto della città. La colazione, poi, è un vero tripudio di bontà e soddisfazione. Varia, abbondante e fresca per la continentale, con piatti caldi che possono essere ordinati e preparati al momento. Lo consiglio fortemente per una base comoda, accogliente e straordinariamente piacevole. Allo staff tutto, poi, va un ringraziamento particolare per la gentilezza e la professionalità. Sentirsi coccolati nella città più vitale del mondo, è un lusso incredibile.

Pros:

The hotel was very clean, bed and pillows were very comfortable, great shower. Breakfast was very good with a large selection of food and drinks.

Cons:

Room was very tight with 2 large suitcases. It was a 15 minute walk to Paddington station which would not be bad but with big suitcases we needed to take taxi.

Pros:

Super hôtel dans un quartier calme, résidentiel et à la fois si proche de Paddington et de Hyde Park. Le personnel est très attentionné, sympa, et le petit déjeuner est merveilleux.

Lovely for a short stay
Pros:

Beautiful and quiet room, comfy beds and pillows, AC, overlooks green area. The toiletries are excellent, there are slippers and bath robe. Good quality towels. Polite personnel. All this made for a very pleasant stay.

Cons:

The room is so tiny that hand-sized luggage must be zipped to be able to walk. I would have hoped the reception has emergency chargers and connectors which could be returned upon checkout or charged to the bill.

Excellent stay - great service - good location - base rooms are tiny
Pros:

Great place in quiet neighborhood - 10 minute short walk to nearest underground Paddington or Bayswater area with a bunch of shops/restaurants.

Base room VERY tiny and small - no seating area. We could not stay so sequestered so upgrade to nice junior suite (4 levels up) for €184 more per night (after being told €169 initially). Breakfast buffet was “ok”.

Staff was amazing.

Room was great - just been renovated (saw earlier complaints about construction noise -but we experienced minimal).

Pros:

Excellent location and slept really well. Very comfy bed. The reception staff were really helpful when I needed an iron. Room service is great food too.
