Parigi, se non la visiti non lo sai

Ottima posizione, pulito, letto comodo.

Cons:

Camera piccola (la porta del bagno si apriva 3/4 perché toccava il letto). Il giorno del nostro arrivo abbiamo ricevuto prima un WA dove ci veniva spiegato che a causa di un guasto non c’era l’acqua calda, poi una telefonata per lo stesso motivo conclusa con la disponibilità ad annullare la prenotazione senza penalità, non abbiamo annullato, purtroppo il problema è perdurato per i tre giorni della nostra permanenza. L’unico ascensore è piccolo e crea problemi nelle ore di punta. La colazione è sufficiente con il minimo necessario di dolce e salato.

Underpromise, overdeliver
Pros:

Great room, great location, but most importantly excellent service. The team turned a problem (,no hot water) into great customer support. I won't describe what they did but clearly they did everything to keep me happy and forget the 2 cold showers . Thank you guys. You did great!

Lokasyon iyi, çalışanlar çok iyi, ancak iki gün sıcak su olmayınca bizi başka bir otele naklettiler, otelin hemen karşısında bulunan fuar için geldiğimiz için yeni otel fuara uzak kaldı

Viver Paris como os parisienses.
Pros:

O toque francês, com uma elegância boémia, das zonas sociais e do quarto. Foi esse o motivo da escolha deste hotel para esta viagem a Paris.
O quarto era bastante cómodo e de dimensão adequada à nossa estadia.
O pequeno almoço era muito ao nosso gosto.
O staff sempre muitos simpático e disponível.
