Erittäin viihtyisä ja rauhallinen kokemus.
Pros:

Aamiainen ja valikoimat olivat erinomaiset. Aula ja erilaiset oleskelutilat olivat viihtyisiä, henkilökunta erittäin ystävällistä. Henkilökunta auttoi aina taksin saamisessa.

Cons:

Hotellin henkilökunta puhui englantia hyvin vaihtelevasti eikä ymmärtänyt useita kysymyksiä. Hotellilla ei ollut esitteitä mahdollisista tapahtumista tai retkistä eikä tietoa eri tapahtumista. Hotellin pistokkeista ei pystynyt kunnolla lataamaan kännyköitä, sillä töpseli ei pysynyt kunnolla pistorasiassa. Spa-hotellin jalkahieronta oli hyvin erilainen itselleni ja ystävälleni, vaikka pyysimme saman hieronnan- toiselle kivulias, toiselle rentouttava.

チェックアウト後も荷物を預かってくれ、一日観光したあと共用シャワー室を利用できた。深夜便だったためとても良かった。共用シャワー室にもドライヤーや綿棒などがあった。私たちのプランは21階のラウンジも日中利用でき、フルーツやパン、コーヒー、ソフトドリンクなど自由に利用できた。

Fantastic hotel, super close to Phaya Thai BTS/ARL.
Pros:

A fantastic hotel we initially booked just for its proximity to Phaya Thai ARL (train to Suvarnabhumi Airport), but now regret not staying for longer!

Fantastic staff, location and breakfast. The room (we were in a Sukosol Suite) was large with a comfy bed, had great AC, a large bathroom with bathtub, and was very quiet at night.
Due to being at the end of our trip we were too busy dashing around Bangkok to check out all the extra facilities (gym, pool, etc.), though I assume they would be top notch, given how good the rest of the hotel is.

Shout out to Punchy, Tun and Minta, great staff!

La piscine est très bien. L'accueil et le petit déjeuner étaient très bons. La décoration rétro.
