According to the Brazilian Federal Law 8.069/1990, minors under 18 years of age cannot check into hotels unless they are accompanied by their parents or a designated adult. If a minor is accompanied by an adult other than his parents, it is necessary to present a written authorization for the minor to check into the hotel. Such authorization must be notarized and signed by both parents, and presented along with notarized copies of their IDs.
Please note that the credit card used for the booking must belong to one of the guests. In case of reservations made in the Non-Refundable rates, the reservation center will send a payment link to your message box via the Booking.com platform. The card used must be presented at check-in.
If it is not possible to present the credit card, the total amount of the reservation will be charged again on the guest's own credit card or another form of payment, such as debit card, cash or PIX. In this case, the amount charged to the credit card during the booking will be refunded.
For reservations made by third parties, the payment must be made exclusively via PIX.

Operation of the pool area and rooftop on December 31, 2025:
• The pool will be closed at 12:00 PM on December 31, 2025, and will reopen at 12:00 PM on January 1, 2026.
• Due to the preparation and celebration of the New Year’s Eve party, the rooftop will also be closed from 12:00 PM on December 31 until 12:00 PM on January 1.
• On New Year’s Eve, access to the rooftop will be exclusive to guests/clients with a party ticket and identification wristband.Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.

Za ta cene trochę słabo.
Desayuno excelente, la única observación es que tal vez sea chico el lugar donde se desayuna porque por momentos hay cola para ingresar

Excelente, las personas súper agradables y muy amables
La ubicación es excelente, así como la opción de contar con el rooftop y una vista privilegiada. El personal de recepción es muy atento y con una excelente predisposición para ayudar a gestionar cualquier eventualidad. El desayuno es muy completo y las instalaciones son muy cómodas.
Como mejoras, ampliaría el horario del rooftop para poder subir a ver el amanecer, cambiaría los focos de luz del rooftop, algunos son lámparas que encandilan cuando se está sentado en las sillas cerca del bar. Movería las plantas del rooftop para que no tapen los ventanales, ya que obstruyen la vista de la ciudad.

La única ventaja de este hotel es la primera línea de Copacabana.
Parece que el suite no lo han reformado desde el año de construcción.
El colchón es bien viejo e incómodo. El ruido de aire acondicionado es bien alto.
En el balcón el olor de aceite quemado no deja disfrutarlo.
Los desayunos son muy simples, muchos hoteles de 3 estrellas lo tienen mucho mejor.
Al final, el suite lo cobran por encima del mercado y la cantidad no llega a 3*.

scammers, left 250ml water for 9eur in the room, after checkout I was shocked they have this price for such little water. Catching tourists off guard to charge at the end of stay.
Rooms are also “tired”, air conditioner is loud, toilet cannot be closed, doors are sliding to side but the gal between doors and toilet is so big that if you go for a long business, your entire room will stink for sure, we had to use the toilet in the lobby..
The hotel would be ok for half price of what we paid..
Also sound isolation is non existent, there is an open space between ground and room doors, anyone walking and chatting will wake you up for sure.
