Important information:

According to the Brazilian Federal Law 8.069/1990, minors under 18 years of age cannot check into hotels unless they are accompanied by their parents or a designated adult. If a minor is accompanied by an adult other than his parents, it is necessary to present a written authorization for the minor to check into the hotel. Such authorization must be notarized and signed by both parents, and presented along with notarized copies of their IDs.

• Due to the preparation and celebration of the New Year’s Eve party, the rooftop will also be closed from 12:00 PM on December 31 until 12:00 PM on January 1.
• On New Year’s Eve, access to the rooftop will be exclusive to guests/clients with a party ticket and identification wristband.Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.

Cons:

La habitación no era como la que reservé , fotos muy distintas , lo hablé con el personal y me respondieron que el Hotel estaba lleno y que era lo que quedaba

No hacían el aseo en 5 días …
no había Netflix ni para compartir de tu teléfono ( insólito) , malas instalaciones para 260 dólares !!! No hay spa .!!

A nice stay but a little disappointed with the room
Pros:

Great location, lovely roof top bar and pool.

Cons:

The rooms are small and the shower in the bathroom is terrible, its very old fashioned and it doesn’t adjust and you can’t turn the shower on or off without getting soaked - no good if you don’t want to wash your hair!

Tudo ótimo e faço questão de mencionar cada funcionário que cruzou meu caminho e fez a estadia excelente!
Desde o checkin com o Alexandre, seguido do serviço de bar na cobertura com Rogerio e Billy, a Jane no serviço de quarto, Luiza no café da manhã, Márcio na recepção noturna. Enfim, pequenos detalhes que fizeram muita diferença.
Café da manhã sensacional, localização excelente, quarto confortável, chuveiro bom.

El mal rato de TV y otros que no solucionó el personal lamentablemente hacen una estancia desagradable

No había Televisor TV disponible porque el hotel decide que las piezas de 250 dólares no deben tener TV disponible m, un robo , absurdo, más aun cuando uno viene a descansar.!! Mal internet no dejan usar Netflix u otra aplicación que bloquea el hotel intencionalmente.
No hacen aseo, solo cama y no había agua helada en baño. Hotel malo.

La piscine et le l’emplacement sont très bien. La salle de bain était très belle.

Cons:

La wifi ne marchait pas très bien, le petit déjeuner n’est pas top, le rapport qualité prix n’est pas si rentable

Stunning views and wonderful staff
Pros:

The rooftop area was large and offered stunning 360 degree views and the staff was kind, friendly and helpful. Fast and comfortable elevators. Nice breakfast and spacious restaurant. Large seating area in lobby. The accommodations were not as posh as other premier hotels I’ve stayed at in Rio, but the pricing reflected that, so this was a great value stay. I came to Rio for the beauty, not to stay in my room. Very happy. I’ll be back!
