Important information:

According to the Brazilian Federal Law 8.069/1990, minors under 18 years of age cannot check into hotels unless they are accompanied by their parents or a designated adult. If a minor is accompanied by an adult other than his parents, it is necessary to present a written authorization for the minor to check into the hotel. Such authorization must be notarized and signed by both parents, and presented along with notarized copies of their IDs.

Pros:

아침식사는 전반적으로 만족스러웠고, 식당 직원들도 친절했다.

Cons:

대부분의 리셉션 직원들은 매우 권위적이다. 또한 객실, 특히 화장실의 청소 상태는 엉망이었다. 물때와 곰팡이가 심했으며 객실의 에어컨은 3일 내내 고장 나서 수리 직원을 2번이나 불러야 했다.

O Pestana oferece conforto, boa comida, drinks e uma experiência incrível!
Pros:

Nossa estadia foi muito aconchegante e valeu muito a pena! Os funcionários são muito atenciosos e bem treinados. Assim que chegamos ganhamos um update de quarto que fez com que a experiência fosse ainda melhor. Os funcionários Alexandre (recepção), Billy e Gerson (bar, serviços) foram incríveis e super prestativos, meu mais sincero agradecimento à toda equipe do pestana por terem tornado a experiência muito boa! Espero voltar mais vezes pra curtir o rooftop, a praia e o solzão do rio com vocês. Ahh, também não posso deixar de comentar sobre o café da manhã: Incrível, com muitas opções, ambiente agradável demais.

Cons:

Não teve nada que não gostamos, o único ponto é falta de aquecimento na piscina que seria somente um plus, mas no geral, não há nada do que reclamar.

Hotel muito bem localizado e mesmo em frente à praia de Copacabana, quarto confortável, funcionários simpáticos e um pequeno almoço muito bom. A vista da cobertura onde fica a piscina e o bar é soberba.

É pena não haver uma torradeira no pequeno almoço.

O quarto não tem smartphone tv, eu tenho que pedir para a recepção mandar a faxineira os quantos precisam de modernização, vc pede eu pedi um pudim de leite falaram que estava fazendo somente quando mudou de turno falaram que não tinha material para fazer um simples pudim de leite. Hoje na sobrenatural disseram que tinha bolo de coco gelado, era isso mesmo um bolo de coco que botaram na geladeira o café da manhã e muito pobre esse hotel precisa reformar tudo. Os funcionários são ótimos as instalações tem que ser reformadas substituir a tv , pois estamos em 2026 e os cartos e não ter que ficar pedindo a faxineira para dar faxina

Pros:

L'hôtel est très bien placé.
Le personnel est attentif aux demandes et la direction fait de son mieux pour satisfaire ses clients et transformer leur séjour plus agréable.
Bravo! et travaillons pour attribuer à nouveau à l'hôtel sa 5ème **** *!

Et la direction bien entendu.

D'autre part Le group Pestana
pour vouloir faire son expansion dans le monde, a oublié de donner à ce joyeux ( Pestana Rio Atlantica) , les moyens pour conserver ses étoiles.
A negligé un des hôtels que a permis au group de arriver où ils sont aujourd'hui .
Peut-être ... une collaboration avec Mr. CR7 donnerais à cet hôtel la gloire dans une plus belles villes de la planète, comme Mr. Arnaud a fait au Copacabana Palace.

Pros:

Hotel personel was very nice and professional, especially Vivaldo who helped us on multiple ocasions. The hotel itself is modern and with the great view. Breakfast was good. Rooms equiped with everything you need. Location is perfect.

Cons:

I would love it if they had espresso coffe.
