Important information:

According to the Brazilian Federal Law 8.069/1990, minors under 18 years of age cannot check into hotels unless they are accompanied by their parents or a designated adult. If a minor is accompanied by an adult other than his parents, it is necessary to present a written authorization for the minor to check into the hotel. Such authorization must be notarized and signed by both parents, and presented along with notarized copies of their IDs.

Realmente o hotel precisa de uma reforma, de uma limpeza maior, de mais investimentos em infraestrutura.

Great location and views, but a disappointing room service experience
Pros:

Great location right on Copacabana beach. I was pleasantly surprised to be upgraded to a full sea-front view room, which was fantastic. The room was comfortable and the view was beautiful.

Cons:

The beachfront location can be quite noisy, especially at night, so earplugs are recommended for light sleepers. I was also unfortunately very sick shortly after having a burger through room service, with repeated vomiting and digestive issues. I cannot confirm the exact cause, but the timing was concerning and it significantly affected my stay. I would therefore be cautious with the room service food.
