Important information:

According to the Brazilian Federal Law 8.069/1990, minors under 18 years of age cannot check into hotels unless they are accompanied by their parents or a designated adult. If a minor is accompanied by an adult other than his parents, it is necessary to present a written authorization for the minor to check into the hotel. Such authorization must be notarized and signed by both parents, and presented along with notarized copies of their IDs.

Overpriced, dirty, and broken
Pros:

Staff is nice but besides that, nothing about the hotel was good.

Cons:

Absolutely awful. The shower was terrible, with barely any water pressure, and the few drops that did come out shot in every different direction. On top of that, the drains were completely clogged, so taking a shower meant the stall instantly flooded like a bathtub. To make matters worse, I found cockroaches in the room every single day. The Wi-Fi never worked—not even enough to send a simple message—and every recommendation from the staff turned out to be a bust. This place is way too expensive for what you actually get. The only saving graces were the collection and the fact that the staff was nice.

Il y avait des travaux à la piscine ce qui rendait le solarium indisponible avec le nuisances sonores qui vont avec,
Je n’ai pas cette information au moment de la réservation.
Par ailleurs l’insonorisation des chambres est catastrophique, on entend autant les voisins que les bars et voitures dans la rue
Le petit déjeuner est à revoir également choix très limité

Como solicitado, informei com antecedência que viajaria com meu pet, incluindo raça e peso. No momento do check-in, paguei a taxa pet de R$ 440,00, porém não havia qualquer estrutura para recebê-lo, apesar de isso ser informado no site da rede Pestana. Precisei providenciar, por conta própria, tapete higiênico, comedouro, bebedouro e caminha.

Além disso, havia um vão entre o guarda-corpo da varanda e o piso, com espaço suficiente para a passagem do animal, tornando o ambiente completamente inseguro para a estadia de um pet. Solicitei na recepção alguma alternativa para solucionar o problema, mas fui informada de que não havia nenhuma opção disponível. A única orientação recebida foi manter a porta da varanda fechada durante toda a hospedagem. Vale destacar que essa porta era a única abertura do quarto para entrada de ventilação natural.

Também enviei dois e-mails à rede Pestana relatando a situação, mas não obtive qualquer retorno.

Para completar, fui inicialmente acomodada em uma unidade inferior à categoria reservada, o que gerou desgaste e transtornos até que a situação fosse finalmente corrigida.

La atención del personal del desayuno. Muy gentiles y atentos

Cons:

Había poco personal en el lobby para consultas. La habitación no era aseada con pulcritud. Estuvimos una semana y nunca cambiaron las sábanas.
