Pros:

property is very run down - needs a refresh!
However, staff was exceptional!

Cons:

furniture, bathrooms, lobby, elevatores all very rundown - definitely needs a refresh to stay competitive in the area.

Hotel needs a lot of upgrades and overall cleaning, has declined significantly in the past couple of years.

Staff very nice

Cons:

Didn’t get the room that was reserved, only cool, lukewarm water in shower, only 2 working ice machines in hotel

The only reason I stayed there was due to Robinson Auditorium being right there

Worst hotel experience of my life and I travel for work!
Pros:

We booked for the pool and it was closed and had been closed for awhile. You would think they would update the site. It smelled like mildew the room was gross and the elevators took 10-15 min. It was so bad we didn't even stay the night

Cons:

Update the website
The rooms, the smell, and the time for elevator. Broken glass all through the garage

Not a dang thing

Cons:

Everything the front was under construction, wget inside fans everywhere drying out the carpet, ceiling has caved in. Then no hot water through out the entire hotel

Disappointed
Pros:

This place looked good on paper but once I got here I saw that the property is in a serious need of a renovation. The walls are scuffed and paint chipped everywhere in the hotel. The pool was not advertised as being empty and closed. All in all I would describe the property as dumpy. Definitely not up to standards for this type of property.

Amazing, Sat by the window just to see the river, bridges people enjoying it.

The outside view! Walking distance to the river. Took a late night walk.

I enjoyed staying at Double Tree Hilton at Little Rock. It is in a great area on the River in the city.
Pros:

It was in a beautiful area of the city. The restaurant was great. It was clean.

Cons:

It was difficult to call the property. I had trouble finding the entrance because of construction around the entrance. I did finally figure it out.
There needs to be an anti-slip mat in the bathtub. I couldn’t take a shower because the bathtub was so slick.
The balcony chairs should be replaced with a bar-height stool so you can sit and enjoy the view. They have them in Condos in Florida.
