It was good
The tub was dirty and they advertise having a pool and fitness room and none of it was working and they couldn’t take anything off
My stay was fine; I experienced no problems at all.
Bar staff was terrific.
It was advertised that the facility had a pool, but it was not available. If I had known that, I wouldn't have even considered staying there. Note in the room said to enjoy the bottled water & snacks but there were neither. There was no clock in the room. We stayed at an Embassy Suites in Columbus a few days ago and it exceeded our expectations & we thought we'd get the same from another Embassy Suites. Just an accumulation of lots of little things.
Someone walked in my room while I was in the shower
exhaust fan did not work in the bathroom. also a red stain on the rug in room 145
The size of the rooms, the breakfast (amazing), the pool and staff (everyone was so nice and welcoming). Roger the bartender was great! It was so nice talking with him!
Some of the mattresses were stained on the side and the mattress in the pull out couch had what looked like burn marks. However sheets covered those up!
I asked for adjoining rooms. Called in advance got room numbers. Rooms were not adjoining. They were next to. I expressed my extreme disappointment about being misled. No apologies were expressed. No taking responsibility for the hotel's error. The next day they offered to change the rooms. By then not interested.
Also the 2 rooms they gave us were very very very far from the entrance. People should be told this in advance. I was very unhappy about this as well.
Also many things in the room not okay...shower did not work right, room hotel phone did not work right, many outlets did not work

I got there and the system was down. I couldn't check in. I ended up leaving and going somewhere else. I just felt like they could have called & let me know before I wasted money Ubering there.
My experience at this hotel goes beyond fantastic. From the moment I checked in, I was greater by their exceptional front desk. The check in process was easy simple and welcoming. I got my room keys and a first for any hotel, a goodie bag, filled with snacks and 2 free alcoholic beverages that other hotels over charge you. Top shelf stuff!!!
Once I got my room it was super clean and ready for me to unwind after my travels. I was lucky enough meet their general manager, Roman M. Such a charismatic and genuine leader with a wonderful team. I highly recommend the restaurant (Go for the Pizza). Yum yum! Overall this was 10 star experience all the way!!!
Based upon of one year experience with your embassy suites, Emmanuel embassy suites and our family stay, we are most pleased with the outstanding service of Roman in the Staff of Embassy Suites Beachwood. An example would be fine for breakfast lunch and dinner, including the happy hour is very good to have cordiality of mixed drinks that can be alcoholic and non-alcoholic, but having excellent staff that has knowledgeable experiences of preparing the drinks for guests also the room comfortability and also the maintaining of the staff of towels, sheets linens, and also amenities in the rooms were exceptional and our family has highly recommended the good work of Roman and the staff of Emmanuel embassy suites you understand that E means of Emmanuel God is with us so we want to say thank you for this exceptional service and work to the community not only of humanity, but also the kingdom of God please note that some people will accept the of a Emmanuel, but we live it with heart with heart. I would also like to give a mention of service to Mama Sylvia! Thank you for your service.

Although the building seemed new there were some areas that showed wear.
We were advised as to a problem with the elevators, only one of two was in order.
