The hotel said it was at the airport It was not It was old and worn. We went to an Embassy Suite at the airport, but it was not our hotel. The security guard told us the hotel was 4 years old but the one we booked was decades old. We tried to get our reservation booked over. We checked into the hotel. The lobby was okay. Parking was 23 per day. Free at another Embassy. Got to our room and it was old and dated. It was not clean. We checked out. Tried to go to another Embassy Suite. Would not accept the Booking.com rate. We found another Hilton property on our own that was clean and newer. It took us about 3 hours to get a hotel. We got to bed about 2 AM. The worse night of travel in 3 decades. I travel for business every week. I normally use the hotel web site to book. I was looking for a lower rate. I was not happy. My wife was not happy. Very bad time in Atlanta.

It took me less than a 3mins she greeted me with a smile and my phone was acting crazy with all the pop ups she help me out everything was great breakfast feeling safe of the property the courtesy drink freshing smell of the rooms and lobby it's my 3rd time stay there

The room smelled old and I noticed napkins from previous guest under the desk. Front desk staff sent another guest to the room I was already checked in, thank goodness she knocked before coming in.

The property had a variety of positives. The indoor pool and its convenient hours, the full breakfast bar, the evening reception, the size of the room, the location. All of these things were great.
The bathtub didn’t drain well. The shower faucet was broken so we had to rig it to keep from scolding ourselves. We had to request more towels although I clear checked 4 people in. There were dusty places in the crevices and corners around the beds. An alarm of some sort went off late into the night 11pm/midnight-ish and it took over 45 mins for the staff to clear the situation so the alarm would cease blaring.
The location is very close to Airport, the facilities are exceptional with a welcoming bar, social seating areas, large breakfast area and meeting areas
The rooms were dated and would benefit from renovation particularly the bathroom as the tub are very low to the floor - shin height for comparison
The room could benefit from more USB charging stations only 1 was in the bedroom
Also the ground floor rooms are located in the busier areas so can be noisy.
