Pros:

The room was clean.

Cons:

Initially we have been given a room that was definitely not worth 4 stars. After raising this up with the reception, we have been moved to a nicer room.
I also did not like the initial interaction we had with the lady at the reception.

Pros:

Great location - easy walk to Forum, Coliseum and all sorts of great restaurants. Double set of double pane windows keep outside noise to minimal. Good A/C + elevator

Did not meet our expectations
Pros:

The bathroom was good because it had shower cabin. The employee at the reception was friendly and helpful

Cons:

They dont have concierge service. We had to take our luggage to and from the room. The lift is very slow. No iron available in the room, you have to fo down to the basement to iron your clothes. The bed mattress is not comfortable. The location is in the center of the shopping and bars' area which is very noisy.

Right at the centre of Rome!
Pros:

Location was excellent, right in the centre and close to most landmarks. Reception staff very very friendly.

Cons:

A kettle and tea bags would have been nice.

Pros:

Wonderful location - walk to the end of the street and you can see the coliseum

Cons:

My room was in a separate building. No one showed me around the main hotel. Shower broke on the last day.
