Highly recommend! We were in the main bldg and had an elevator. AC was great! Book it!
Pros:

Excellent location. Our room was ready earlier than expected! Desk staff was always helpful and professional! Great dinner recommendations and had a taxi waiting for us to go to the airport! One metro stop from Termini. Didn’t realize until after I booked that it was featured in the October 2025 edition of the Fromes Rome, Florence and Venice book.

Cons:

Nothing! Any questions/concerns were quickly answered!

Pros:

The staff were very helpful and friendly. The room itself was great and had a balcony.

Cons:

The location is excellent for proximity to the Colosseum and Forum but the area is quite loud due to the bars right across the street. Not a big issue but something to be aware of.

Great place to stay in Rome!
Pros:

The location was excellent. The size and variety of rooms offered was perfect for our group, and we appreciated the roomy bathroom. Breakfast was delicious, great variety of hot and cold foods and delicious cappuccino. The staff was very warm and helpful.

Cons:

I would have appreciated the bottled water in our mini fridge being restocked each day

Although the room was clean I was very disappointed it didn’t look like the pictures on the website.
Pros:

The staff was nice and helpful with information about the area. The hotel and our room was clean.

Cons:

Our room was very small and looked nothing like the pictures on the website. The breakfast was not as expected and we had to find breakfast elsewhere.

Pros:

Amazing location! Initially concerned it may be too noisy, but two sets of double glazed windows provided complete quiet. Fab room, very clean. En suite showerroom spotless! Staff always on hand to help.

A lovely hotel. I recommend it.
Pros:

We stayed in the annex. It was a quiet room and exceptionally clean. It was decorated in good taste. The staff is helpful and friendly.

Cons:

There was only one mirror and it was behind the sink making it hard to apply makeup or see how one looked before stepping out the door.
