Frühstück komplett überfüllt. Schlangen, kein Platz, kaum Auswahl. 15$ werden pro Nacht der Kreditkarte einfach belastet, ob man sie vor Ort ausgibt oder nicht. Bar und shop bereits um 22 Uhr geschlossen

It was in a great location and they offered a nice breakfast.

Cons:

A bottle of water was $8.00 the same bottle at the grocery store was 3.00 that’s a bit too much of a mark up!

A reliable (if pricey) option for Monterey
Pros:

2nd time here. Impressed with the property's ability to handle the throngs at reception and breakfast. View was not as good as last time, but still could see the Bay. Housekeeping was solid. Only "complaint" (a minor one) was that the WiFi signal was not always strong. It is very easy to access downtown and Pacific Grove from this property and also very easy access from/to the freeway.

The toilet was bad the door did not shut to the bathroom the shower was clogged they where fully booked so all the trash cans where full an overflowing food was left everywhere

Overall the stay was ok for the 1 night we were there. I would Not stay again for almost $400 a night!
Pros:

The location and waterfront view was nice

Cons:

Our room could have been cleaner. The beds were extremely uncomfortable. Low water pressure in the shower, bathroom sink was clogged. The Couches and carpet were very stained. The Sofa bed looked like it hadn’t been changed.

Overall the stay was good. Rooms were spacious for big families.
Pros:

The indoor pool and the rooms are good for families with more than 2 kids. Overall very satisfied with this hotel stay.

Cons:

Staff were not very informative when checking in. They didn’t tell us where the pool was located or where to find the luggage carts. I didn’t like the parking location and the fact that you have yo pay for your parking and you have to park your car in a huge parking lot that’s not secure.
