Pros:

Breakfast always ready early morning. It self service for having snacking in the night, provides with microwave near the Reception. Friendly and helpful staffs. Folgers coffees are very good.

Cons:

Room does not clean everyday but every the other day. Reception should be informed to the guest upon check in.

Cons:

I travel with Amtrak so their trains always arrive in Cleveland after 1am When I arrived, they had zeroed out my reservation. I put a note on the reservation for checking in at 4 or 5 am. This was highly inconvenient

All-in-all, a wonderful place to stay!
Pros:

Location provided easy access to all roads. Staff couldn’t have been more helpful and the continental breakfast was superb!

Cons:

The “boulder” on the corner of the access road behind the gas station!

Stay overall was excellent just found it a little inconvenient to have them not refresh towels when
Pros:

Great location, friendly staff and very helpful.

Cons:

Housekeeping did not furnish clean towels on the day we were told they would. We had to call downstairs and request clean towels and then go get them.

4 minute drive to Pearson Vue testing center
Pros:

Very nice and welcoming staff, cleanliness throughout, wonderful breakfast options in the morning, and convenient location. Close to various healthcare facilities, fast food and fine dining options, and shopping. I stayed here for my NCLEX the following morning so that I was a quick drive and it is LITERALLY across the street!

Cons:

If I had to pick something maybe slightly cheaper, but it was one of the cheapest options in that area and I was very pleased with the place!
