Cons:

Underconstruction. Gym closed, laundry not functional, internet slow. We were here for a 1 month stay for work, unacceptable. In addition room dirty and mid construction and required us to allow construction workers in during the day for work on the unit. Horrible!! I should have been refunded my one night stay before we left.

Served the purpose location wise, it really feels like apartments which was great
Pros:

There was a billing error after my stay that took some back-and-forth to resolve, but after contacting corporate, Hyatt ultimately corrected the issue and compensated me. I appreciated that they made it right.

Cons:

Room wasn’t ready when I got there at 4pm but the two rooms I booked were very clean, comfortable and spacious.

Empfehlenswert - fast alles perfekt für uns!

Wir waren rundum zufrieden, es war beziehungsweise wird immer noch an der ein oder anderen Stelle renoviert und dadurch ist natürlich alles sauber und schön. Es gab ein Gym, das Frühstück war ausgezeichnet für amerikanische Verhältnisse, die Mitarbeiter sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend.

Cons:

Wir hatten ein 2-Zimmer Apartment, weil wir 7 Personen waren. Also 2 Erwachsene mit 5 Kindern. Dadurch musste eine Person auf dem Sofa Bett schlafen.
Hiervor würde ich aber warnen. Weil die Matratze ist wirklich sehr hart zum darauf schlafen. Unsere Bitte auf einen weichen Topper konnte nicht gefolgt werden, wir haben lediglich eine weitere dünne Decke bekommen, die aber nicht geholfen hat. Dadurch hatte mein Mann Rückenschmerzen. In dem Fall hätten wir wahrscheinlich 2 Apartments buchen müssen.

Stay for family with kids
Pros:

I loved how fully equipped the kitchen was and how the 2 bedroom suite was perfect for our family. Breakfast was a good wholesome affair which especially our 3 kids loved. The location is wonderful with easy access to San Fransisco which was our target. The hotel is located among great surrounding areas like Redwood where we had a wonderful time picking all types of restaurants.

Cons:

The cleaning crew hasn't done great job. We found a sock and some crumbs and a feather next to the beds. The vacuuming needed to be more through.

Very dissapointing.

Cons:

They were remodeling. They didn't tell us there would be no hot breakfast served. It was a joke. The room didn't have enough storage space, the toilet didn't flush, and handles were falling off a few of the drawers in the kitchen. We have stayed there a few times in the past but the management there now is very poor. I would not recommend staying there now.

Bad during construction
Pros:

The hotel is under construction and there are no services at this time. No gym, parking lot is full of dumpsters, and they have a take away breakfast with no options.
Maybe the renovations will help eventually so I want to be fair but my toilet did not flush well, the shower was a cold shower only, and the fridge was so loud at random times it woke me up while sleeping. There was also a sign saying not to use the dishwasher.
This is one of those Hyatt with the terrible Dish Network TV only so you cannot do screencast or anything and only get a few channels.

They stuck me in a room on the first floor where construction dumpsters blocked off all the parking so if you are a Hyatt Explorist like me, you have no benefits at this hotel.
Again I hope my bad experience was because of all the construction, it would have been nice to be warned ahead of time so I could choose another place.

Everything, the space was clean, the staff was friendly, the location was quiet and the smallman made lake was a nice surprise. We enjoyed a nice evening walk.

I would not stay there again. I want my money back.

Two bedrooms would have been nice if everything worked. Fairly clean.

Cons:

Well there was no hot breakfast. Which was disappointing because that’s one of the reasons u booked with children. Asked for extra blankets for my child and they had none our family had to use sheets and towels. The door handle was falling off in the bedroom 1. The dishwasher did not work and the living room light turned on several times in the middle of the night & kept coming on while someone was asleep in there. Not sure if it was a sensor but we had to keep getting up to turn it off. Also did not accommodate for a handicap (elderly person) since there was no 1st floor available & no elevators. Parking fee with no parking spaces close to the room due to construction equipment all over the parking spaces.

Frustrating, and disappointed, my free time is valuable and the hotel waisted my time.
Pros:

Booked a room here specifically because it said they had a bar on site. I rarely get time off so I asked a friend to meet me for drinks and booked a room so we didn't have drive intoxicated. They were remodeling the hotel and I was advised the bar was closed. After I explained why I booked the room in the first place, she still charged me for my guest to park there. The service was friendly though.
