Pros:

The location was amazing for what we were in town for, the hotel was clean and the staff was very friendly and helpful. The bar/restaurant was a nice place to get an evening drink. Would definitely stay here again.

Cons:

The only issue we had was the we stayed for multiple nights and housekeeping didn't clean our room on one of the mornings and someone had put dirty dishes outside our door that didn't get picked up for over 24 hours.

Not our best Chicago weekend.
Pros:

Nice location. Staff was great. Awesome shower. Bed was comfy.

Cons:

Not what I expected for the price. Bathroom counter had a film of hairspray, covering it. Found a hairball on the bathroom floor! Bathroom sliding door was broken and hard to close. Pillows went totally flat when slept on. Bedroom tv was in a weird position to view. Wasn’t in front of the bed. Also had to hear the very noisy elevator all night. Walls are not sound proof so you hear conversations in next room. At check in, they were going to charge me again, even though I had already paid for the room, prior to my stay. It just wasn’t my best experience in Chicago. Will not stay here again.

Very pleased but upgrades are needed to the rooms. Thank you!
Pros:

The room and bathroom was spacious, clean and convenient to where we were going. The porters downstairs and the waiters were very nice and helpful.

Cons:

We were on the 24th for and the noise from traffic and sirens was more than expected at night.
The bathroom needs a FAN!

My day was wonderful at the Omni and it just let me relax and reset.
Pros:

I like the location of the property right off of Michigan Avenue. Also, you’re all shopping and food.

Cons:

The price of parking. It was $89 a night when other locations around was the same price for several nights.
