Bed was comfortable.

Cons:

The police activity all evening on Saturday was unreal. And the staff had no clue how to help with any of our issues. I had to ask for a manager finally on last day. Their parking garage cost is ridiculous. Unsatisfied with my stay and will not be back.

Over priced!
Pros:

Breakfast was convenient. The staff in the restaurant and lounge locations were pleasant and accommodating!

Cons:

The front desk staff were rude and although busy for check ins, did not treat each customer with respect and answer specific questions.

Buffet was convenient. Coffee needed to be fresher and hot. Pancakes were over cooked. Things on the buffet needed to be refreshed more often.
