Pésima experiencia desde el momento del check-in. La habitación fue entregada mucho después de las 3:00 p. m. y, debido a la gran cantidad de huéspedes esperando, el lobby estaba saturado y no contaba con suficientes asientos para los clientes. Además, los baños de las áreas comunes estaban sucios y sin agua.

La atención del personal de recepción dejó mucho que desear; las recepcionistas fueron poco amables y mostraron una actitud poco profesional al momento de solicitar la información de los huéspedes.

Al ingresar a la habitación, nos encontramos con un fuerte olor a humedad. La limpieza era deficiente: había polvo en varias áreas y el cuarto carece completamente de ventilación, ya que las ventanas no se pueden abrir. El aire acondicionado es muy antiguo, extremadamente ruidoso y dificulta el descanso.

Lo más grave fue la falta de toallas. Durante nuestra estancia solicité toallas en al menos cinco ocasiones y la única respuesta fue que el servicio de lavandería no había entregado el pedido. El hotel no ofreció ninguna solución alternativa ni mostró interés por resolver el problema. Después de utilizar una toalla en la alberca, toda la familia tuvo que compartir una sola toalla durante dos días. Además, las toallas disponibles estaban muy deterioradas y con una apariencia poco higiénica.

La alberca también se encontraba sucia, el agua estaba muy fría y toda el área alrededor mostraba falta de mantenimiento y limpieza.

En resumen, fue una experiencia muy decepcionante. El hotel presenta serias deficiencias en limpieza, mantenimiento, atención al cliente y servicios básicos. Definitivamente no volvería a hospedarme aquí y no lo recomendaría.

No hubo toallas, no habia insumos de baño, la caja fuerte no funcionaba, mi baño estaba tapado y nunca lo arreglaron, el cancel del baño no cerraba y la habitación se inundaba, las luces fallaban, el aire acondicionado funcionaba pésimo.
