Hotel com moveis velhos e a limpeza deixa a desejar, além do péssimo atendimento na recepção! Nos colocaram num quarto que a porta sequer abria, que teve que ser acionada o setor de segurança para constatar o problema, que conseguiram abrir, mas tinha que fazer muita força para abrir a porta, pelo que, apesar do desgaste, solicitei a troca de quarto, e apesar do recepcionista não ter gostado do meu pedido e ter dito que era só "forçar" que a porta abria, não aceitei ficar num quarto que teria dificuldades para entrar, pois eu, pelo menos, não consegui abrir a porta nenhuma vez! Além disso, hotel cobra pelo estacionamento, U$ 10 dolares por noite! Não compensa pelo valor pago e não voltaria a ficar nesse hotel!

Unterkunft ist leider nicht zu empfehlen.
Pros:

Die Lage ist top. Man kann mit dem Shuttle direkt bis zum City Walk fahren und von dort aus in alle Universalstudios gehen bzw. fahren. Zu Fuß läuft man etwa 30 Minuten. Das Parken ist kostenlos und abgesichert durch eine Schranke und wird bewacht.

Cons:

Bei Ankunft funktionierte unsere Karte nicht. Diese hatte ich aber bei Buchung vorautorisiert. Snacks hatte ich da auch mit der gleichen Karte problemlos zahlen können. Man wollte uns dann nicht einchecken lassen. Nach mehreren Telefonaten mit unserer Bank funktioniert es dann. Das war nicht nur bei uns ein Problem, sondern andere Hotelgäste hatten das Problem auch. Bargeld wird nicht akzeptiert. Also sollte man zur Not immer zwei Visakarten dabei haben. Das erste Zimmer war im Nebengebäude. Dieses war nicht die Kategorie die wir gebucht hatten. Es roch extrem nach Zigarettenrauch von draußen und war sehr hellhörig. Am nächsten Tag durften wir nach einer Wartezeit ab 15:00 Uhr das Zimmer wechseln. Wir mussten aber das alte Zimmer zu 10:00 Uhr räumen und mussten dann unsere Sachen im Hotel zwischenlagern. In der Zeit von 10:00-15:00 Uhr hatten wir dann kein Zimmer. Das fand ich äußerst anstrengend. Der Safe in unserem neuen Zimmer funktionierte leider nicht. Nach mehrmaligen Nachfragen kam dann ein Mitarbeiter um festzustellen dass die Batterien alle sind. Gewechselt wurden diese leider auch nach mehrmaligen nachfragen leider nicht. Wir sind sehr enttäuscht von dieser Unterkunft und würden diese nicht nochmals buchen und auch nicht weiterempfehlen.
