Pros:

Friendly and helpful staff, quick and spacious elevators, carpet in the room and a corridor as well.

Cons:

There were long black hairs in the bathroom. On the floor and in the bathtub. The chair was so dirty and the cooling system was very noisy.

Pros:

Great place to stay in Orlando! The room was very comfortable, clean, and well-maintained. Its location was excellent, very close to the theme parks, which made getting around easy and convenient. The room had everything we needed for a pleasant stay. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Orlando.

Agradable pero puede mejorar en cuanto a servicio de limpieza
Pros:

La ubicación muy buena, casi al lado de Universal City Walk, pronta a carretera, las instalaciones muy buenas, el estacionamiento solo cobran 10 dolares por dia, el internet funciono muy bien.

Cons:

En cuanto al servicio de limpieza te hacen el aseo cada 3 dias al parecer, yo estuve 6 dias y solo me hicieron habitacíón 1 dia, los otros dias te cambian toallas y sacan basura, quizas cuando estas con niños quizas se necesita un poquito mas de limpieza, si hubiese ido con pareja solos no me hago problemas, el aire acondicionado un poco ruidoso, en las noches se apagaba y en el dia a veces tambien, pero quizas lo mas complejo es el ruido por las noches esta muy cercana a la carretera y a la avenida central y o falta el tontito que hace sonar su moto o auto muy ruidoso la verdad despertabamos recurrentemente por esto y al ir con nichos pequeños a veces despertaban, no es culpa del hotel porque no hay nada que hacer pero el hotel es ruidoso y las ventanas no aislan este ruido.

Satisfatório mas não voltarei a me hospedar.
Pros:

Café da manhã era pago e não utilizei pois encontrei outra oferta mais saborosa no Denny´s, que é próximo. A localização é satisfatório por ser na international drive proximo a muitas opções para alimentação pronta. Gostei da maquina de gelo que ficava no meu andar, com isso, supria o gelo da bebida que não cabia no frigobar mínimo.

Cons:

A cama era pequena, não acomoda o casal, dormimos separados. A oferta de cozinha compacta consiste em um micro ondas e frigo bar pequeno, a cafeteira igualmente pequena, cafes curtos, não atende para lanche ou mesmo comida entregue, ou para esquentar. Não tem talheres ou seja, não é cozinha compacta. O banheiro é pequeno, a lixeira ficava do lado de fora, pois a banheira era colada. Chuveiro com jato medio. Carpete no quarto e toda extensão do corredor até elevador. Lavanderia precisa de notas ou moedas. A equipe desde a portaria é de uma desinformação e grosseria, somente no chekout tive um atendimento agradável.

Excelente localização principalmente nos dias de parques da Universal e Sea World, mas tambem para dias de compras pois tem um Outlet, Millenia Mall, Traget muito próximos
