The overall experience was good but the cleaning service needs improvement

The location

Cons:

The housekeeping standards need improvement. They have noticeably declined compared to last year.

On one occasion, I wasn’t even sure whether the room had been cleaned, as the bed hadn’t been made and the towels hadn’t been collected, although the bathroom seemed to have been cleaned.

On another day, the towels were collected because we had left them on the floor, but the bathroom wasn’t cleaned.

Overall, the housekeeping service has been inconsistent, and I believe there is significant room for improvement.

Fantastic trip to Florida
Pros:

Really great location close to universal studios we like waking so we walked regular . I trolley stop right outside to go anywhere on I drive including seaworld rooms where spacious and the beds where comfy . The transport to epic universe was fab as well

Cons:

The only thing that I can say about the property is the rooms need updating but that is a minor thing

La ubicación

Cons:

Que cobraran $10.00 dólares de parking diario creo que es el único hotel con ese cargo..Solo 1 policía y mas de 100 autos por dia saca suma para el total diario..Bastante el aumento por noche para añadir otro pago innecesario

Buena ubicacion si eso es lo único que te importa
Pros:

La ubicación es muy buena, farmacia, restaurantes y icon park cerca, el cuarto posee buen espacio es cómodo, el personal dependiendo algunos son muy amables, el precio todavía se siente aceptable

Cons:

La cama ya se siente muy usada, alfombra vieja, instalaciones antiguas, tiene un olor raro el corredor y la habitación, la limpieza se siente muy superficial

Foram dias maravilhosos! Voltei renovada.
Pros:

Não tomei café da manhã, optei por comprar coisas no Walmart para o meu café da manhã. A localização é excelente, perto de vários locais, mas achei o Walmart um pouco distante mas mesmo assim fui à pé rsrs
