Lose and easy access to restaurants and the lynx and iride. Close to Universal and other attractions. Breakfast was good but an additional charge.
Had to pay $10 a day for parking in the hotel. That wasn’t mentioned
L’emplacement parfait.
Super rapport qualité prix.
Belle piscine.
Belle chambre.
Le personnel catastrophique à l’arrivée.
Dommage car ca vient tout gâcher.
Extremely disappointing customer service from the front desk
I’m currently staying at this hotel, and unfortunately, our experience with the front desk receptionist, Eric, has been extremely disappointing.
From the first day we arrived, Eric’s attitude toward us was rude and unprofessional. When we jokingly asked if there was any discount, his response was essentially, “If you want to stay, stay. If you want to leave, you can leave now.” We initially gave him the benefit of the doubt and thought maybe he was simply inexperienced.
Later, while we were calmly and quietly walking toward the elevator and talking among ourselves, he told us, “Guys, don’t talk here. People are sleeping. Go to your room.” We were not being loud or disruptive.
The following day, we greeted him and he completely ignored us. As we were walking toward the elevator, he immediately told us again not to talk. The situation escalated, and he eventually told us to leave and said we would not be sleeping there that night. We recorded part of the interaction because we wanted to document what was happening.
Thankfully, the security officer who came to assist was very professional, respectful, and calm. She handled the situation much better and helped de-escalate everything.
I understand that hotel staff have rules to enforce, especially regarding noise, but there is a respectful and professional way to communicate with paying guests. We should never have been spoken to or treated this way.
I hope management reviews what happened, including the video we have, and addresses the way guests are being treated at the front desk. This experience has been very disappointing and has seriously affected our stay.
Great friendly staff, nice place with a good price.
