Important information:

Guests will be required to provide their full billing details for their credit card prior to arrival. Form of payment may not be changed on the date of arrival.

The name on the booking must match the name on the credit card.

Please note there no open bar available during the final weekend of May (Memorial Day Weekend).

Pets up to 13.6 kg can be accommodated for a daily USD 25 fee and a USD 100 cleaning fee. Contact property for details.

The daily resort fee is charged per room and includes:

Pros:

Os colaboradores do hotel são muito simpáticos e prestativos. Em especial, destaco o atendimento do recepcionista Diego que nos recebeu muito bem.
A localização é excelente. Tem restaurantes, lojas e mercadinhos bem próximos. A praia fica em frente e a tarifa de resort inclui duas espreguiçadeiras (mas não inclui o guarda-sol, que deve ser alugado a parte).
A comida do restaurante do hotel era muito boa, assim como o café da manhã que estava incluso na nossa diária.

Great art deco hotel in the middle of South Beach
Pros:

Breakfast was excellent and included in the rent.
Great location in the middle of South Beach.
Quiet room considering being in the middle of the action.
Art deco style.

Cons:

Room 304 was a bit on the small side as I was travelling with a collegue. Bathroom quite spacious.
Parking is very expensive when travelling by car.

Atendimento, organização e limpeza.

Cons:

O quarto poderia ser um pouco maior, o chuveiro poderia ser mais forte e as vezes a água vinha muito quente sem que tivesse feito qualquer alteração na torneira durante o banho.

smaczne jedzenie, ale śniadanie serwowane. Darmowy drink w godzinach 18-19 oraz 10 procent zniżki w restauracji. Bardzo dobra lokalizacja.

Location, very nice small hotel. Good breakfast included, room cleaning every day, 2 bottles of water every day. Nice stuff on reception.

Impolite waiters, serving breakfast as if they were doing a favor, with an arrogant expression on their faces.Common guys, do you really think you're in charge there?!
