Das Hotel ist telefonisch nicht zu erreichen, uns wurde beim check out zugesagt eine Rechnung per Mail zu erhalten, nach 2 Wochen und x Versuchen das Hotel zu kontaktieren, auch über Booking.com keine Reaktion.
Ein Hotel welches weder über Mail noch telefonisch zu erreichen ist, kann ich weder für private als auch für geschäftliche
Reisen weiter empfehlen. Kundenservice sieht eindeutig anders aus!
Die Lage des Hotels war optimal für uns, da man gleich am Bahnhof Gesundbrunnen ist mit allen Verkehrsmöglichkeiten!
Das Frühstück hat unseren Ansprüchen genügt, es war alles da!
Am 3. Tag war kein Zimmerservice, auf Nachfrage erfuhr ich, dass nur drei Tage das Zimmer gemacht würde, am 4. Tag reisten wir ab!

Air conditioning. It didn't work properly. Luckily it wasn't particularly hot outside during my stay so I managed just fine.
And luckily there was a balcony door that you could open.
Hotel molto bello e accogliente, staff molto gentile e disponibile. La colazione ottima e ben fornita. La stanza essenziale ma completa di tutto e molto confortevole. La doccia del bagno molto ampia e confortevole.
Il bagno della stanza appena entrati non faceva un buon odore. Odorava di umidità, probabilmente perché non utilizzato da molto.
Bed was very comfy, room service left the room spic and span every day with clean towels and bedding. Having a balcony was nice for sitting in the sun. Honestly I was so busy I didn't do much other than sleep there and for that it was perfectly nice.
Air con in the room only blew out warm air which meant in the summer I had to keep it turned off. This was despite a sign saying it was only for cooling. However a fan was provided. One of the ceiling lights in the room didn't work and nor did one of the bedside lamps, however the two skylights provided enough light during the day. Balcony could do with a clean up.
