Great experience stay at Sheraton Surabaya. the staff very helpfull and friendly especially Alfian in front desk.
Sheraton staff were warm, attentive, professional, and always willing to help with a smile. Their excellent hospitality made my experience truly enjoyable and memorable. It is clear that they take pride in delivering exceptional customer service and creating a welcoming atmosphere for guests.
The room is big but cleanliness could be better.

I had a wonderful dining experience here. The food was delicious, well-prepared, and beautifully presented. Every dish was full of flavor and exceeded my expectations.

Had a one night stay with my family, and their service was super excellent! Booked 2 room (connecting) and requested for mirror art & extra cake slice for a mini surprise. All the requests were executed properly. And I had satisfying check in & check out service with Tika.

Breakfast is very good. The staff were all friendly and helpful. Location is the best as it is connecting to TP mall. I was very happy with the service. I want to specifically say thank you to the concierge staff who helped me to take the cake I ordered in very last minute from DORE Patisseries at TP Mall. I forgot that I have to buy Birthday cake for someone special so I ordered the cake in a very last minute (around 9.30PM).
