Room was damp and cold
The front desk lady was beyond pleasant and the rooms were super clean

Breakfast was great, the facility was clean and offered more amenities than expected, bed was reasonably comfortable.
The hotel was located in an emptly shopping mall with the only nearby dining a Domino's Pizza Hut.
The bed and pillows were super comfy and room temperature was perfect
The pool was a salt water pool and it was hard on the eyes
My reservation was canceled without a phone call! I didn't know until our arrival at 11:30 pm after multiple confirmations and reminders that the payment would be taken from my account. The gentleman at the front desk was very accommodating, compassionate and helpful.

It was quiet and enjoyed sitting outside in mornings and evenings.

The a/c didn’t work as good as expected
The facility was very clean, friendly staff, good breakfast
The hot tub was not able to be used, I specifically picked a hotel to use a hot tub. I think $200 and $50 extra for a dog is pricey for Dubois. Also, I booked online and checked the box to pay in cash but when I arrived the hotel clerk told me my card was charged so I had to hurry to a bank and deposit cash so checks didn't bounce
