My stay was really awful one of the worst hotels I’vestayed at .

Cons:

Everything,there was a lot of prostitution going on in the hotel. And nothing being done about all the prostitution going on. I had a 3 year old and a 16 year old with me and I personally don’t think them seeeing this type of stuff was okay.The whole facility rooms need to be remodel from walls to carpets. Our bathroom toilet was broken it made noise all day long,we were received with non sanitary towels they looked like they had not been washed at all.And the whole room stinked really bad and it’s like if they never do service there at all.

I can t complain about my staying with you except the lack of breakfast, very clean and helpfull
Pros:

Staff very friendly and helpful. Room was clean.

Cons:

The only disapointment was the closed restaurant and i got the missfortune all restaurants in neighbourhood like Daniels and 2 other been shut either . But i was refunded and is ok .

the location is good.

Cons:

when we booked, it stated they were offering breakfast within the reservation, when we get there they notify they’re only offering complementary coffee and tea. there’s 2 elevators and only 1 functioning (barely, it’s very slow). our room had a funky smell, the bathtub had a huge leakage and no matter how clean your feet were, you’d walk around the room and within a minute your feet would be dirty from the dirt in the carpets. whatever is behind the hotel has a strong urine smell that you can feel while walking around the parking lot.

No contaba con desayuno incluído, traslado al aeropuerto, ni con servicio de custodia de equipaje pagado (todo esto ofrecido al momento de reservar). Tampoco tenía carro para llevar maletas a la habitación.
