Había insectos en la ducha,el aire acondicionado no funcionaba,había moho en la habitación en la parte del aire acondicionado,el frigobar empezó a descongelarse y salió mucha agua,el ascensor estaba dañado y sucio,le hace falta un buen mantenimiento al lugar

A major disappointment. The hotel is in very poor condition and does not match the way it is presented on Booking.com.

The room was not clean, and the furniture and equipment were old and badly worn. The carpet was sticky and had a large iron burn mark, the room smelled unpleasant, and the door did not close properly. There were not enough towels, the hallways were dirty, and there were pigeons on the staircases.

Another serious issue was breakfast. Booking.com stated that breakfast was included, but the hotel told us that no breakfast was available and that we had to deal with Booking.com ourselves. The staff made no effort to resolve the situation.

They also refused to provide two key cards for the room, claiming they did not have enough cards available.

Almost nothing worked as it should. We simply had to endure our final night in Los Angeles because finding another hotel at that point was not realistic.

I definitely do not recommend this hotel. I do not understand how Booking.com can continue offering a property in this condition. I would expect compensation at the very least for the breakfast that was clearly promised but never provided.

How run down every thing was

The property was a complete disaster. The rooms had a weird smell, mold in the bathrooms, stains literally everywhere. On the second day we found two roaches!! The pool was falling apart, all the tiles were coming off. They advertised free breakfast only for there to be none and 10.00 parking for night for this run down place your car is probably safer outside. Also it’s 2026 I feel like you should offer something better than antena tv.

Review of Ramada Hotel LAX
The Ramada hotel is located about 4 miles from LAX airport, but unfortunately the experience was very disappointing and I cannot recommend it.
Right at check-in I ran into a problem: the front desk clerk wasn't at his station, and I waited over 20 minutes before someone was available to check me in. When he finally arrived, he was impatient and unfriendly, with no apology for the long wait.
Even before entering, I discovered the hotel charges a $10 parking fee - a cost that wasn't mentioned anywhere on the Booking.com listing, which felt like an unpleasant surprise.
Upon entering the room, I was greeted by a foul, unpleasant smell. The ceiling was peeling, and the shower gave off a bad odor coming from the sink drain. The blankets were also scratchy wool and uncomfortable to the touch.
The night itself turned into a real nightmare - the air conditioner made constant noise and barely let me sleep at all. On top of that, the WiFi username and password I received didn't work, leaving me without internet access as well.
And finally - the breakfast, which was promised as part of the stay, turned out to be nothing more than a watery, weak cup of coffee.
Overall, a frustrating experience from start to finish, and I'd strongly recommend thinking twice before choosing this hotel.

מלון ראמדה הממוקם כ-4 מייל משדה התעופה LAX, אך למרבה הצער החוויה הייתה מאכזבת מאוד ואיני יכול להמליץ עליו.
כבר בקבלה נתקלתי בבעיה: פקיד הקבלה לא היה בעמדתו, והמתנתי מעל 20 דקות עד שמישהו התפנה לבצע איתי צ'ק-אין. כשהגיע, התנהג בחוסר סבלנות ובלי חיוך, ללא כל התנצלות על ההמתנה הממושכת.
עוד לפני הכניסה גיליתי שהמלון גובה 10 דולר עבור חנייה - עלות שלא צוינה כלל בעמוד ההזמנה בבוקינג, מה שהרגיש כמו הפתעה לא נעימה.
כשנכנסתי לחדר, קידם אותי ריח מחניק ולא נעים. התקרה מתקלפת, והמקלחת פלטה ריח רע שעלה מהכיור. גם השמיכות היו מצמר דוקר ולא נוח למגע.
הלילה עצמו הפך לסיוט של ממש - המזגן הרעיש ללא הפסקה וכמעט ולא נתן לי לישון כלל.
