Pros:

Visited the bar on 7th August for drinks and nibbles before a concert, as a party of seven. We arrived early & I just mentioned to Melanie that we were there to pre‑celebrate one of our group’s 80th birthday. When our birthday guest arrived, Melanie and the team welcomed her so warmly – she was absolutely surprised! Just as we were preparing to leave, they brought out a beautiful platter inscribed with birthday greetings, surrounded by sweet treats and little cakes.
That personal touch was truly exceptional. Every single member of staff was wonderful. Five stars across the board – thank you for making her day so special!

Lovely hotel
Pros:

We stayed in room 504. The room was very large and clean. We had a king size bed that was very comfortable. There were lots of outlets which was great for charging all of our electronic equipment. The bathroom was large with a very deep tub. There was a hand held shower and a shower head. The towels were very plush. They provided bathrobes and slippers. The breakfast buffet was very large with a lot of high quality choices. You could also order freshly made breakfast from a large number of choices off a menu. I highly recommend this hotel

Better than the London Conrad
Pros:

Contrast with our lackluster experience with London Conrad (see my review there), this Conrad shines. Although we didn’t get a Diamond upgrade, the deluxe king room was adequate. Close to St Stephen’s Green.

Breakfast was much better (finer quality food) than the London Conrad. It has no lounge but you got vouchers for welcome drinks. If anything, the checkout experience could've been more orderly as lines were long with a bunch of people trying to jump in to check-in (before 9:30AM).

A Simply Wonderful Experience!!
Pros:

All of the staff we encountered were just absolutely wonderful. Levente and Katerina were spectacularly helpful and accommodative with a variety of needs. Our suite was spacious, very well appointed and extremely clean. Sena in Lemuels makes a WONDERFUL latte and is just a delightful individual. Could not have asked for a better experience.

Great hotel, perfect quiet location and lovely staff
Pros:

We stayed in a Junior Suite for 4 nights. The room was excellent, large enough, great AC, bright bathroom, quiet, natural light, very clean and a welcome refuge after a day of being a tourist.

We ate at the restaurant on our first night and it was modern, spacious and the fish was fabulous. The bar made an excellent G&T and was very inviting, modern and comfortable.

The car park is underground and excellent for self parking.

A potential area for improvement is to upgrade theTV and AV system so guests can stream from their device or access the major streaming services directly. The days of just limited TV and hotel movies are behind us.

Wonderful breakfast
Pros:

location was within walking distance of some of the tourist sites we wanted to visit, yet away from main roads so was quiet.
Rom was decent and the bathroom a good size (no small shower to squeeze into!).
Breakfast was a mix of buffet and a la carte and was very good.
The gym was small but reasonably well equipped.
Cleanliness was impeccable.
Service was good throughout, easy check in/out, concierge was helpful in getting me a weird charger for a fitness band as i had forgotten mine.

A Fresh Coat of Paint, But Not Quite Conrad Quality
Pros:

The Conrad Dublin was fine for our one-night stay, but it didn’t live up to what we’ve come to expect from the Conrad name. It reads as an older property that’s been given a facelift, and while the fresh paint helps, it doesn’t fully cover the fact that the rooms feel dated and aren’t really up to Conrad standard.

The breakfast was great and was probably the highlight of the stay. If you end up here, it’s worth making the most of it.

No specific complaints beyond the rooms, and it did the job as a convenient final-night base before flying out. But for the price and the brand, we expected more, and we wouldn’t choose to go back.
