Great location by Stevens Park. Walking distance to Grafton Street. Nicely appointed rooms & friendly staff. Bonus if you can arrange a private tour via the concierge team (Max, James and Diego). We were paired with Alan as our driver, and he was knowledgeable and a ton of fun to spend the day with. We especially enjoyed seeing the cows near Hollywood with him.
Lovely breakfast service. Decent rooms. Nice turn down service. However, the billing process is very difficult. Hotel “credits” are not applied properly. Took us 4 different front desk people to close out our account. At 6:45 am! Also, the per night room charge varies from night to night depending, apparently, on “how busy” they are? Will have to consult the credit card company to unravel the mess. Time consuming!!!”
I loved the service from all of the staff and the location was brillant within walking distance of everything like shopping and restaurants.
There was nothing that i didnt like.
Lovely staff
Very dated
Naomi is spectacular and made the trip
We had pre theatre drinks and food Atmosphere and food acceptable however our server left a lot to be desired and 1st round of drinks were paid by cash and no change returned
We asked for the bill to be split for the food and drinks and we added a tip to round up the bill but it was too difficult to divide
Location was fabulous near st Stephen’s green. Staff were amazing from porters to reception to waiting staff .
Loved everything
The elevators were too slow or too few for the number of people/floors served.
Wow- so impressed! Incredibly kind check in person, who facilitated both an upgrade and an early check in! Always greeted coming and going. We got a pie in the restaurant (the vegan banofee) - and it was DELICIOUS, amazing.
They also just came by the room to give us free chocolate, with a little card that says thanks for being a Hilton diamond member!
Great experience!
The only reason I have given this review 3 stars instead of two is the staff at the hotel were all friendly and polite and the young Barman and head Concierge were excellent at their jobs but in no other way was this a five star hotel.
We had booked a room for three nights as had five other couples. On first sight the room was fine if slightly uninspiring and very hot. I turned on the air conditioning and unpacked. The bathroom only had a single sink and the shower is above the bath. After half an hour the room was no cooler and the safe wasn’t working. Someone came very promptly from reception and called for a handyman. He checked the temperature coming out of the vents (I had set it to 15C in an effort to cool the room) and he confirmed that the output was around 24.5C. I had to go out but was told everything would be fixed by the time I got back.
On return at 5.15pm the room was still very warm and the room had already been turned down. We needed to change and leave the hotel within 45 mins so I asked reception to send the engineer again when we had left and to repeat turndown, I also asked for turndown to be done after 7.30pm every evening.
Whilst the room eventually cooled it was never as cool as we would have liked. Housekeeping continued to be frustrating. I spilled coffee on the sheets on our first morning but the bed was made up with coffee stained sheets and that evening someone arrived before 6pm to do turndown. We asked them to return after 7.30pm but received no turndown that night. One of the couples we were away with also had no turndown down that evening and another had no housekeeping at all that day.
Breakfast was fine but nothing to write home about and on our last morning and leaving for the airport we had to chase my husband’s breakfast as they had forgotten to put the order in.
When I was asked at departure I explained all the above and the incidentals in our bill were removed. Whilst this was appreciated it wasn’t the point which was that the service at the Conrad Dublin was not that of a five star hotel.
We have stayed at other Conrad’s but would think twice based in this experience.
The bedroom was very comfortable and clean. A very nice entrance and foyer.
The hotel have just emailed me to pay for a red bull out of the mini bar which I did not drink. I’ve just written back to them explaining it was not me. Very annoyed about this.
For a 5star hotel the full Irish breakfast should not be buffet style. This should be served direct to the table similar to the omelette. No toast was offered at breakfast. Again it was buffet style. I had a conversation with another couple who felt the same.
Location
Bathroom was poor. Massively overpriced
My friend and I recently stayed at the Conrad Dublin and had an exceptional experience from start to finish. The accommodations were beautiful, comfortable, and impeccably maintained. The location was perfect for exploring Dublin, and after busy days of sightseeing, it was always a pleasure to return to such a welcoming hotel.
One of the highlights of our stay was the breakfast each morning. The food was outstanding, with a wonderful variety of fresh options and excellent service. A special thank you to Caroline, the breakfast manager, who went above and beyond during our visit. During my stay, I came down with a head cold and mentioned that I had run out of tissues in my room. The next morning, before we left early for Belfast, Caroline surprised me with a small packet of tissues that I could carry in my purse. It was such a thoughtful and unexpected gesture that perfectly reflected the level of care she shows her guests. Her kindness and attention to detail made every morning memorable.
I would also like to recognize Susan, who has been with the hotel for 12 years and prepares many of the breakfast items. We had the pleasure of speaking with her several times during our stay, and her pride in her work was evident. The breakfasts were consistently delicious, beautifully prepared, and one of the highlights of our visit. It was clear that Susan puts her heart into what she does, and it showed in every meal.
The concierge team was equally impressive. Marco and Diego were incredibly helpful in arranging tickets, transportation, and train reservations. Their recommendations and assistance helped make our trip seamless and stress-free.
At the front desk, Ana handled every request with professionalism, warmth, and efficiency. She made us feel welcome from the moment we arrived.
It is clear that the management team has created a culture of outstanding hospitality. Please extend our appreciation to Caroline, Susan, Marco, Diego, and Ana for making our stay so special.
We would not hesitate to stay here again and highly recommend the Conrad Dublin to anyone visiting Ireland.

Checked in a few hours ago after a long day of traveling. David and Francisco greeted us at the door and helped us with all of our suitcases and golf bags, and offered us a few pub recommendations that were all within walking distance of the hotel. The hospitality meant a lot after a long day of traveling, and we felt like they genuinely cared about making sure we felt welcomed upon arrival and had all of the information we needed to enjoy our stay here. The hotel itself is beautiful and it’s in a great location. I’d highly recommend the Conrad if you’re coming to Dublin!
Excellent. Beautiful hotel, excellent service. Highly recommend. From the moment we arrived until we left, all was wonderful.
