Location
Bathroom was poor. Massively overpriced
My friend and I recently stayed at the Conrad Dublin and had an exceptional experience from start to finish. The accommodations were beautiful, comfortable, and impeccably maintained. The location was perfect for exploring Dublin, and after busy days of sightseeing, it was always a pleasure to return to such a welcoming hotel.
One of the highlights of our stay was the breakfast each morning. The food was outstanding, with a wonderful variety of fresh options and excellent service. A special thank you to Caroline, the breakfast manager, who went above and beyond during our visit. During my stay, I came down with a head cold and mentioned that I had run out of tissues in my room. The next morning, before we left early for Belfast, Caroline surprised me with a small packet of tissues that I could carry in my purse. It was such a thoughtful and unexpected gesture that perfectly reflected the level of care she shows her guests. Her kindness and attention to detail made every morning memorable.
I would also like to recognize Susan, who has been with the hotel for 12 years and prepares many of the breakfast items. We had the pleasure of speaking with her several times during our stay, and her pride in her work was evident. The breakfasts were consistently delicious, beautifully prepared, and one of the highlights of our visit. It was clear that Susan puts her heart into what she does, and it showed in every meal.
The concierge team was equally impressive. Marco and Diego were incredibly helpful in arranging tickets, transportation, and train reservations. Their recommendations and assistance helped make our trip seamless and stress-free.
At the front desk, Ana handled every request with professionalism, warmth, and efficiency. She made us feel welcome from the moment we arrived.
It is clear that the management team has created a culture of outstanding hospitality. Please extend our appreciation to Caroline, Susan, Marco, Diego, and Ana for making our stay so special.
We would not hesitate to stay here again and highly recommend the Conrad Dublin to anyone visiting Ireland.

Checked in a few hours ago after a long day of traveling. David and Francisco greeted us at the door and helped us with all of our suitcases and golf bags, and offered us a few pub recommendations that were all within walking distance of the hotel. The hospitality meant a lot after a long day of traveling, and we felt like they genuinely cared about making sure we felt welcomed upon arrival and had all of the information we needed to enjoy our stay here. The hotel itself is beautiful and it’s in a great location. I’d highly recommend the Conrad if you’re coming to Dublin!
Excellent. Beautiful hotel, excellent service. Highly recommend. From the moment we arrived until we left, all was wonderful.
Lovely atmosphere
Very friendly and relaxed
Staff generally / Bar area /
Furniture in one room 428 seemed old damaged and used .
Our experience of this incredible 5*property in the heart of Dublin City was everything we expected. From the minute we walked in the door we felt a warm friendly atmosphere. Our room was outstanding and the food was exceptional. Would highly recommend to family and friends.
The hotel and staff are wonderful. The breakfast is also delicious. This cannot be a 5 star hotel though and command the prices they do for the lack of comfort with the beds and pillows. The bed was so worn in that it was super flat, hard, and fell like I was going to roll off the mattress.
I’m pregnant and my hips and back are so misaligned from sleeping in these beds. So disappointing after seeing this was a 5 star hotel. I’ve stayed here twice in different rooms, and had the same experience both times. The property needs an upgrade to their mattresses because they are not comfortable. Pillows are flat and offer zero support.
What an incredible stay my friend and I had at Conrad.
Service was absolutely TOP-NOTCH from start to finish. Truly a team devoted to achieving excellent customer service satisfaction.
At the front desk, Emily coordinated a beautiful birthday surprise for my friend by sending a lovely dessert plate and a bottle of wine. She hand-wrote a thoughtful message as well…such amazing special touches. On a daily basis, Marco was always on top of things helping arrange rides and give suggestions. He never failed to happily greet us each time. At the bar, we had a spectacular team of mixologists who truly loved their craft. Katie was a delight to converse with… she was warm and hospitable and watching her interact with her staff was quite impressive. She is a great asset to the bar. Elcid was incredibly knowledgeable about his spirits and really just a lovely guy. We enjoyed his humor each night. Victor, oh Victor. The BEST bartending service we have ever received. And not just us, he was extremely accommodating to every guest there! No request too big, nothing was ever a bother for him. He custom-made anything that was asked of him and his suggestions were marvelous! He LOVES what he does!!! His drinks were balanced, creative, and exquisite. Honest, this is no exaggeration. And he LOVED providing great guest service to each and every person there! He made our stay even more memorable than it already was!
On our last night we were afraid we’d miss having a final nightcap after our dinner (it was getting late) and he said, “I will wait for you, do not worry, your drink will be waiting for you”.
If that isn’t devotion and passion for your job than I don’t know what is.
Every staff member there, from helping with luggage, to helping with taxis, to room service and more…were all terrific!
Highly highly recommend a stay here!
Great location, clean and stylish hotel, superb customer service!
An absolute MUST STAY!
La qualité de l'hotel. Nous avions déjà séjourné. Il est au niveau haut de gamme de Hilton.
La médiocrité. J'ai horreur de la médiocrité et chaque jour je l'ai rencontré sur des points de détails qui n'en sont pas.
The hotel is located very conveniently in the city center and the staff is very nice. Thats about all the positive things I have to say about our stay here.
I am a Hiltin Gold member and have recently stayed at a different Conrad and the two are not comparable.
We arrived late at night and instead of the possible status room upgrade we got a downgrade from a king to a twin room with the promise that we would be moved to our booked king room in the morning during our breakfast. This did not happen. Only after we went to the front desk again we could move rooms ourselves. We got two drink vouchers for our inconvenience. The king room was ok. In the evening we went to dinner in the Hotel and had two drinks with it. Dinner was good. The next day we came back from our sightseeing and wanted to just go to the room for a quick shower before we left to the airport. Our room keys however did not work anymore. After we got new room keys we entered the room and a fire alarm started. The staff pointed out thar everything is ok, it will shut off in a minute. Gladly it did. At check out we heard that we could not use the drink vouchers for our two drinks since we would have had to go to the bar. Management could also not do anything about that. We are glad we are out of this hotel and I will definitely not be coming back there. This ist not the level oder service I would expect from a supposedly five star hotel for a room price of around 500 Euros per night for a regular room. I can not recommend this hotel at all and it does not provide Hilton standard and definitely not Hilton Conrad standard. Beware and book elsewhere.
Our stay at the Conrad Dublin was perfect! We arrived to a very warm welcome - special thanks to Naomi for finding us the most suitable room! We have stayed many times before and our HH Diamond status is always very well recognised which keeps us coming back every time we're in Dublin. Close to St Stephens Green and in the heart of the City the hotel location is superb. We stayed in one of the suites which was spacious, spotlessly clean with excellent amenities. Breakfast at the hotel is exceptional with buffet and 'al a carte' options including a full Irish veggie breakfast which was delicious! The breakfast staff and indeed the bar staff are all so friendly, welcoming and super professional. Special thanks to the exceptional staff including Nicole (Lemuels bar), Thorben, Anna and Caroline (Coburg - Breakfast), the wonderful housekeeping team and turndown service which was the best! We'll be back soon!
Rooms are lovely and the location is great
Nothing at all.
We stayed at this hotel and from the very first moment we received an excellent welcome from the Front Office Team. We were assisted even before our arrival, a special thanks to Katia, always available and attentive, and to Marco for the great tips about Dublin.
Ingrid made breakfast an excellent and very welcoming experience every morning. A big thank you as well to the bartenders John and Dimitri, top service.
The property truly deserves recognition. I really appreciated the atmosphere, the room and the hotel services overall. The only thing missing, in my opinion, is definitely a SPA.
Everyone was extremely friendly and professional, including Gio and his team at Coburg, always welcoming and able to make international guests feel comfortable while naturally speaking different languages.
Standards are perfectly aligned with luxury hospitality.
We will gladly return in June
Location to Grafton Street, St.Stephen’s Green. Fantastic little coffee shop a couple of doors down ( Mister Magpie) . Parking . Plenty of towels and a comfortable room and bed. The doorman was very helpful with ideas and directions .
