Nice hotel with clean rooms and friendly staff.
Pros:

Hotel room was very spacious and clean. Staff was very friendly and accommodating. Location was very convenient and walking distance to the palace. My family was happy with the hotel.

Pros:

Friendly, professional and caring staff. Laundry services, room service and housekeeping where outstanding. Direct airport limousine drop off and pick up directly in front of the hotel.

Hotel Koreana exceeded our expectations and location was superb.
Pros:

The location was perfect. We were able to walk to so much or jump on the subway steps away. The room was spacious and worked well for our family of four. The beds were super comfortable. The gym was the best hotel gym I’ve ever seen. The brunch was decent.

Cons:

The bathroom/shower was a little dated. Minor issues with elevator but it was having repairs.
