Overall we enjoyed our stay a lot ,will be definitely staying here again

The property is in a very good location,we were very close to all the places we planned to visit specially to the outdoor library. Staff was ok ,not very talkative but helpful.

Отель соответствует соотношению цена-качество, немного «уставший» отель, но все чисто, хорошо убирают.
Ванная комната очень маленькая
В целом нормально, мы провели в отеле 3 ночи, довольны. Рядом с отелем лимузин бас до аэропорта, это так удобно

Extremely disappointing stay. The room was outdated, dirty, and clearly not cleaned properly—there were long hairs everywhere and the carpet was not clean. On top of that, the hotel tried to charge me for a simple toothbrush, saying that all hotels in South Korea do not offer free toothbrush, Completely unacceptable.

Poor quality of service and hospitality

Gym is excellent, rooms are okay

Cons:

I have rarely experienced such poor service and such an unwelcoming attitude from staff. This applied to the reception team, the breakfast manager, and even the barista.

Hospitality is about making guests feel welcome. A smile, basic politeness, and a positive attitude should be the minimum standard in a hotel of this category, yet they were consistently lacking throughout my stay.
A few examples:
-At breakfast, staff should not appear annoyed when a guest arrives at 9:45 a.m. during breakfast service hours.
-At check-in, a proper introduction to the hotel would be appreciated (gym, rooftop, facilities, opening hours, etc.).
-Reception staff could make a minimal effort to welcome guests by asking simple questions such as “How was your flight?” or “Welcome to Korea.”
Instead, the very first thing I heard was about the additional fee for early check-in.

These are basic hospitality standards observed in hotels worldwide. Unfortunately, they were completely absent here. While the physical facilities are good, the quality of service falls far below international expectations and significantly detracts from the overall experience
