2日目からタオルや排水溝を整えて下さり、ありがとうございました
Pros:

立地が良かった。目の前にバスがあり、光化門など観光スポットへ歩いていけた。下にコンビニがあるのも有難かった。

Cons:

1日目、4人の宿泊なのにバスタオルが2枚しかなかったこと、お風呂の排水溝が詰まっていたこと。

シャワーの水圧はよい、清潔

Cons:

タオルがゴワゴワする
まだチェックアウト前の在室中にドアベルが鳴り、その直後ドアを開けようとされた。チェーンをしていた為、ドアが開くことはなかったが、いい気持ちはしなかった。

Clean hotel in a great location
Pros:

Location to key tourist locations and subway was excellent. The room was spacious, clean and tidy.

Cons:

The air conditioning thermostat was locked and could not be set lower than 25 degrees, even after several requests were made to hotel staff. This was an interesting decision given Seoul was suffering through its hottest temperatures since records commenced. Made for a terrible nights sleep with the room being stuffy and hot!

快適で最高
Pros:

シングルベッド4つの部屋に泊まったのですが部屋が広く清潔で、洗面・トイレ・お風呂の場所も広くて子どもがいても困る事がなく快適に過ごす事ができました。
トイレはウォシュレット付きでテレビはYouTubeや Netflixも見えて子どもが喜んでいました。
コンセントも日本のタイプの差し口とUSBの差し口がありました。
フロントのスタッフさんが笑顔で対応してくださってとても良かったです。また利用したいです。

Cons:

ベッドまわりにコンセントがなかったのが不便でした。
エレベーターは部屋のカードキーを使うタイプだったのですが、最初はわからなくてとまどいました。

The airport shuttle had a stop right in front of Koreana Hotel, so it was very convenient!
Pros:

The room was nice and comfortable. The front desk staff were friendly.

Cons:

I wish the shower area had a light. It seemed a little dark when we were showering.

Lokalizacja jest super, i to na tyle.

Cons:

Pokoje moznaby odświeżyć. Kiepsko działała centralan klimatyzacja w pokoju. Najbardziej zirytowała mnie kwestia sniadań. W bookingu zaznaczyłem, że chce pokój ze śniadaniem i okazało się, że to oferowane to jest poza bufetem i składa się z naleśnika z syropem klonowym lub tostu - ogólnie bez szału. Natomiast jak chcemy faktyczne śniadanie to musimy zapłacić ponad 100zł za osobę. Nie wiem jak innych, ale mnie to zmyliło. Myślałem że mam śniadanie a miałem kawałek naleśnika.
