Our Boston retreat
Pros:

One of our best stays in our month-long trip was staying for four days in Hilton Boston Park Plaza. While the property is already an awe and situated right next to the park, the staff and crew are fabulously wonderful. Our check-in was quick and special as we had a surprise upgrade. The room were clean throughout, spotless indeed.
Thank you to Ms. Caroline for attending to our room services, even in short notice, her warm smile and guidance on what to see really made a difference. Ms. Jenny from breakfast was awesome too.
Overall, though it was one of the most expensive stay we had, I think we had a great value.

Classical Hilton with less favors but the location was awesoome. Also reception staff were kind and helpful.

Cons:

Breakfast/Bar staff dont know some globally known cocktails and coffees like Churchill, Flat White etc.

Excellent service and ideal location
Pros:

We had the privilege of staying at the Hilton Park Plaza from April 24-27 for a family wedding. During that time, we found the service to be impeccable, attentive and incredibly friendly. Annie Davidson, housekeeping manager, went above and beyond to make our stay memorable. Singh at reception went above and beyond. The hotel is ideally situated and we were able to walk to everything. We look forward to our next visit to Boston!

Great service!
Pros:

We spent three nights at this wonderful Boston hotel. We enjoyed the location, the cleanliness of the hotel and especially the service. We were impressed by the food and those who served us. I would like to give a shout out to Isabella and Jenny at the restaurant who were not only welcoming but knew the menu very well and recommended items we really enjoyed. We would definitely visit this hotel again. Everyone was so helpful. Thank you.

Olvon Made a Very Nice Experience
Pros:

Olvon was extremely efficient, directed us in booking the room and was patient while we did so. She also provided water during the wait and helped us get a very good room.

Wicked small means WICKED small
Pros:

I only needed to stay one night, so I reserved a “wicked small” room. The bedroom was about what I expected but what offended me most was actually how small the bathroom was. I have lived in many NYC apartments and I’ve never seen one this small. I am short and could barely fit into the shower; good luck to anyone who is of average height. It also had the absolute dimmest lighting imaginable and I had to turn on the hall light to supplement.

Otherwise, the room had all the regular amenities: chair, side tables, luggage rack, ironing board, safe. No dresser for clothes, only a tiny closet, and no fridge. Fine for an overnight stay but this room will NOT accommodate more than one person.

Best Off Beacon Hill
Pros:

Stay at Hilton Park Plaza frequent, to which recommend most highly.

Whether it’s holiday flare, full stocked basement gym affiliation, friendly staff (Devon being a great help, this visit!), or intricate design that’s always well lit?

Among favorite Hilton’s, as a seasoned business travel. Glad to give the extra spotlight :-)

Great location
Pros:

It is my first time to stay at this hotel.

Pros:
1. The hotel has a great location! It is convenient to go shopping, downtown, Boston Common and subways.
2. Staff members are nice. I didn’t have bottled water at my room and I talked to Ranjan. He brought me not only water but also a kettle right away.
3. The elevators can sense my digital key so I can just punch my floor number without scanning my key at the elevator.

Cons:
1. Hotel is an old building and the room is small.
2. There is a high destination fee and the credit from the fee can only be used at the one and only restaurant. When I used it, the credit didn’t show up on my bill even I shared my concerns with the front desk. Please check the hotel statement to ensure its accuracy. I did get my correct statement after I called the hotel again.
