The location is great to visit Boston. Luggage service. Rooms are good.

Cons:

it is way too expensive for what you have. This is the main reason I won't come back. Front desk was very cold. Breakfast has to be better for a hotel in this category. The restaurant staff needs training. Nice but not professional.

The staff was very friendly.

Cons:

The entrance and lobby were beautiful but the rooms not so much.
The rooms are very outdated. Additionally they were clean enough for me to stay but dirty enough for me to not book again.

Fantastic stay in the heart of the city
Pros:

The hotel is located right next to the public garden, with a 7 minutes walk from the train station, perfect for tourists. The staff was very attentive and helpful, I really appreciate how the reception staff was ready to help me.

Wonderful location still walkable to historic downtown
Pros:

Loved the location, it was walkable to downtown ~20 mins without being in a super touristy area. Plenty of places to eat near by. Very convenient for ubers.
