Great staff!
Pros:

Had a great experience and had a wonderful experience from the staff specially Caroline, she was very helpful in arranging extra toiletries and amenities. Would definitely be sure to book here again.

Amazing staff especially Ranjan
Pros:

Ranjan has been an amazing hotel staff. I initially asked if I there is a microwave and they brought one for me in my room. He is very kind and asked me if how do I like the hotel and is everything ok and if I need anything else. He even provided me his name that the next time I’m gonna stay here I can just asked him directly and will help me out in any way he can. Boston park plaza is lucky to have him. Thank you Ranjan🤍

Wonderful.
Pros:

Met a friend for lunch at the hotel and was served by Tommy. He was amazing remembered everything thought of other things we would probably need. Lunch was anmazing too we shared a club anandwich which was hands down one of the best club sandwiches I have had plus the fries were great. Overall great experience!

Pros:

Located at one of ths center in Boston,offers small room but comfortable one.Restaurants around the hotel and also the popular CVS pharmacy,Traders Joe for bit groceries.

A wonderful friendly welcome
Pros:

Just back from our stay in this hotel. A wonderful hotel close to the Common and easy access to the subway to get downtown.

We stayed in this hotel a few years ago and remembered how much we enjoyed it so we were keen to return. It was even better this time around. The frontline staff are so friendly and helpful and immediately made us feel welcomed and at ease. Fiijze checked us in and he was so patient with us explaining everything about the hotel and advising us of things to do etc. A real credit to the team.

The rooms were clean and for us the size was just right for a 3 night stay. Breakfast was outstanding and we were so impressed with our first breakfast we decided it couldn’t be beat so we continued to have them for the remainder of our 3 day stay.

We loved the hospitality and friendly staff and the location of the hotel was outstanding. However if you don’t have great staff then no matter what extra you have does not mean much. The check in staff at this hotel are amazing and they go out of their way to help.

We would only go to this hotel on our future trips to Boston as we know what we are going to get when we get there. Outstanding service a friendly welcome and a unique feeling of being valued not just as a guest but as people. A great ethos to have in a hotel.

Excellent location for touring
Pros:

This was an older eclectic hotel. The rooms were smaller but were satisfactory. The best part it is in the middle of Boston and provides access to all the sites and train stations. Some reviews complained that it did not meet Hilton quality criteria. We thought it was fine. Similar to staying in a European hotel. The infrastructure was historical.

Only one tiny little issue you should be aware of
Pros:

Great location, delightful staff, very clean and modern though it lives in a very historic building. My only complaint: the in room refrigerator is NOT a refrigerator to keep perishables and medications cold. There is a tiny label on the front of the unit stating that it is a cooler not a refrigerator. We ended up buying ziploc bags and filling them with ice to keep things cold.
