Unreasonable hospitality!!
Pros:

Suhaila was wonderful, very pleasant to work with. She got us checked in quickly. At first they didn’t have the deluxe suite we had reserved but she diligently found it in their system and had us taken care of. The bellman Jerry and his team gave us excellent advice on parking and got our bags to the room right away. I will definitely stay with this team again

Disappointing Stay
Pros:

Disappointing stay at the hotel. The bed was very hard and extremely uncomfortable. The pillows need to be replaced. The thermostat is right next to the HVAC unit so it did not stay on for long so the room did not cool or would constantly be going on or off. The shelf in the bathroom was broken and paint was peeling off the walls and doors. It looks like they did a landlord quick paint over all the layers that were already there.
The toilet is very low and very uncomfortable for a tall person.

Check-in was rushed and no HHonors Gold perks offered.

Best Staff Ever

The most wonderful staff!! Excellent Hospitality and Friendly Staff

Great Experience at Boston Park Plaza

My wife and I had an amazing stay at the Boston Park Plaza. Everyone on the staff was friendly, welcoming, and helpful throughout our visit.

We especially want to thank Suhaila, who was incredibly professional, kind, and accommodating. She helped us upgrade our room and made sure we had everything we needed during our stay. Her outstanding customer service and genuine hospitality made our experience even more enjoyable.

Happy guests!
Pros:

The room was nice and cozy, especially when the housekeeper lady, Caroline, brought in a cot for one of my little ones. It was a true slumber party! The king bed was very comfortable, lots of room. Location was close to the freedom trail. The soaps in the shower smelled amazing! Ultimately, a great experience and stay for our first time in Boston!!

Disappointed by the lack of clean bathroom and unusable outlet by the bed

Beautiful hotel lobby and location

Cons:

While we knew the room would be small, we didn't mind for one night. We didn't expect the flies in the bathroom that clearly hadn't been fully cleaned because there were smashed flies on the ceiling of the shower. The entire outlet on the side of the bed with the coffee maker didn't work, so I had to plug half our devices in the outlet between the end of the bed and bathroom. For a nice hotel and at over $300 for a night, I expected better from Hilton. We didn't complain since it was one night, but I will be going to another hotel on my next visit to Boston.

AC worked for the most part. There is a thermostat in the room, but the AC unit didn't seem to respond to any changes made on the thermostat.
Toilet paper quality. Funny to mention this, but the TP they use is one step up from using a paper towel. It is literally see through and rough. For 2-300 a night, I would expect better quality TP.
Be ready for a 40 dollar a night charge on top of the regular room rate. This will include taxes and their "destination charge".

Ana yatak çok rahattı ama koltuktan açılan yatak rahatsızdı, belimiz ağrıdı.

Cons:

Temmuz ayı olmasına rağmen otel çok soğuktu, tüm otel klimaları 16 derece ayarlı sanırım çok üşüdük, dışarı çıkınca ısındık. Otelde tüm misafirler de hırkayla oturuyordu.

Old Hotel, Not comfortable at all. Excellent Staff and Location.
Pros:

I liked the location of the hotel. The Front Desk staff was exceptional & polite.

Cons:

The King Bed mattress was like curving in the middle and the Sofa bed were horrible. The Pillows were extremely hard / Stiff. Hilton really needs to work on Comfort.

It always comes down to the people
Pros:

A wonderful location in downtown Boston, our room was spacious and bright! We arrived on a Sunday and spent the day exploring the city and watching the World Cup finals at various spots and then when Monday came along, we needed to get our laptops and coffee going, we ran into a few minor issues. Our coffee machine didn’t work and the outlets at the desk were not receptive to my chargers. The hotel will text you checking in how your stay is which is great cause I had the opportunity to text them the issues. Caroline appeared and was here to rescue! She was so lovely and kind, she thought it might be user error and turns out the outlets were also the issue with why the coffee machine wasn’t working. She expedited the engineer coming out here to come handle it and said she’d back to give us coffees since we had left to get our coffees and she followed through and through! The engineer came and remedied the issue by putting an extension cord to the outlet that does work and now I can charge anything at the desk and make coffee! There was also another wonderful gentleman who offered to clean the room, lovely young guy, so kind. And shout out to Megan in the Fedex office cause I had to get a wireless mouse delivered via amazon and she just set expectations and helped me from start to finish. the hotel is lovely and beautiful, i’m happy my conference is taking place here and my husband has things to do! would definitely come back here! thank you Caroline for reminding me the difference good people can make, the little issues produced great outcomes such as meeting you and getting so well taken care of!

We live the Park Plaza
Pros:

We love staying at this hotel. Rooms are clean, lounge is great, nice friendly vibe. Recommend!!! And lounge service is always great (thanks for a great b-fast experience by our server Rodrick T.!!!).

This is our third stay at the hotel and as usual it was excellent.
Pros:

Location is excellent. The room was spacious. We had our son who stayed with us on the fold up couch which was comfortable.

Cons:

A small detail....The hair dryer was dirty.
