It was our 30th Anniversary but Hotel did very little to acknowledge .
Best location, walking distance to Opera House.
Perhaps the room could be a tad cheaper.

Unbeatable location; spacious, luxurious rooms; top quality, friendly and engaging staff. The Park Hyatt Sydney does everything that the "Park" brand stands for to an exceptional degree. We had a fantastic 'staycation' at this excellent hotel in our home city.
The room was very quiet - couldn't hear anyone else at all, plus the sound of the noisy dredger out in Sydney Harbour was pretty well muted out by the double glazed windows.

It was a joy to once again stay at the Park Hyatt Sydney. This property has, without a doubt, the best view in the world, facing the Sydney Opera House.
The staff is universally professional and caring with an amazing Concierge team as well.

I'm always looking forward to my next visit!
I was advised on checkin that my available points to use at restaurants was $4800 AUD. They failed to communicate that these points still had to be converted and when I went to use this, was told it was only $178 causing extreme disappointment and embarrasment. Loyalty points and programs are a RORT, and when I was trying to express my grief it escalated. NOT HAPPY

Definitely one of the world's best hotels with a staff that provides outstanding service. Truly an amazing guest experience.
Everything about our 5 night stay for work was exceptional. From the front desk associates to the concierge, to the room service and the hotel doctor available—this should be an easy decision because the location is also perfect with great views. The rooms were clean, the hallways were clean, the entry way smelled lovely! Normally when traveling for work, I have a hard time adjusting in a hotel, but the Park Hyatt Sydney made it comfortable, welcoming, and the staff were so lovely!
