Pros:

Posizione buona, non lontana dalla metropolitana. Zona piacevole. Carini i piccoli spazi verdi al suo interno. Su segnalazione della signora alla reception, molto disponibile, abbiamo trovato locali simpatici nelle vicinanze.
Hotel decisamente buono per visitare Parigi da turista.

Cons:

Direi che il rapporto qualità/prezzo lascia a desiderare.
Bagno e camera non pulitissimi... la moquette per terra non aiuta.
Forse non così ideale per un viaggio di lavoro come era il mio.

Me encantaron los jardines y que recibí una habitacion enorme.

Cons:

No me pusieron bata ni pantuflas, llegue solo q dormir pero a la mañana me hubiese gustado tener a mano esos implementos.

A good stay option, for the budget.
Pros:

It sounds like its a hotel; but its actually rooms in apartments. Talk to them & select rooms in the first courtyard…preferably on the ground floor or a room with a balcony.
Room itself was very comfortable with tea/coffee/microwave etc.
Location is good - bus stop is just outside. Lots of cafes too. And the Metro is a short walk away. I truly appreciated the tiny biscuits they put out at the reception. Would grab a couple on my way in and out. Loved it! Also lovely little cafe right next to it. Do visit that cafe.

Cons:

The cleaning was a little uneven. Some days good; some days not.
Did not like the location of our room-we were in the second courtyard.

Het hotel ligt op vijf minuten van het metrostation. De kamer is rustig, gezellig en schoon. Het personeel is vriendelijk en behulpzaam.

Friendly and convenient. A little Pricey for what you get but that's probably the norm.
Pros:

Staff were friendly. Location was good although it is a good 25 mins walk to LA bastille. Metro near by so a good option

Cons:

Our room included a bunk bed - which wasn't ideal
Somewhat noisy courtyard below our room. Some guests were up late talking loudly past midnight

Pros:

Personnel agréable et disponible.
Chambre vaste, pourvue d'une kitchenette garnie de couverts et assiettes, literie très confortable.
L'appréciable existence d'un parking sous l'hôtel.

Cons:

Au début de notre séjour, les ampoules de trois spots avaient claqué, dont une dans la salle de bain. Je l'ai signalé : elles n'ont pas été remplacées.
La chambre a une grande porte vitrée qui donne sur un couloir si bien qu'il faut laisser les rideaux tirés et il n'y a pas la moindre fenêtre.
Dans la salle de bain, il n'y a absolument rien pour poser les trousses de toilette.
La salle des petits déjeuners est petite si bien qu'il n'est pas toujours aisé de trouver une place.

Nos encantó nuestra estancia, El personal , limpieza de hotel! El barrio , cercanía transporte .
Pros:

Un hotel con todas las comodidades, personal amable , y está cerca de la estación de metro y RER en Nation. Hay 3 panaderías cercanas y 2 supermercados en la misma cuadra . El barrio con restaurantes variados, un barrio menos bullicioso y más tranquilo . Volvería a quedarme acá. Éramos familia de 5 todo bien . La habitación de mis hijos espaciosa . Gracias !!! Han hecho que nuestra estancia en Paris se complemente .

Cons:

Me hubiese gustado la cama doble tipo colchón matrimonial , pero entiendo que acá en Europa utilizan mucho las individuales (imperial) y las unen . Desconozco si hay habitaciones así . Pero todo bien !
