Disliked · I had travelled after a 15 hour flight and during check in only i was told there is NO WATER facility at the room and entire hotel from 12noon to 5 pm. I had to take a shower after long flight and it was super inconvenient. I was told at Front desk by the “manager” to use after 5 and was provided with no water bottles also when requested to take a shower. I told them if i leave at 5 -I will miss seeing the city ,Which ofcourse they did not care! Zero hospitality and customer care for support. Also, I must mention about breakfast-How can any hotel charging BF have no eggs /Omlette facility. Was disappointed there aswell. Horrible experience.

Good Hotel to stay at
Pros:

I liked the shuttlebus to the ferry on request, the convinient wondermarket where you could find snacks and beverages. The staff was very freindly and helpful. The room spacious for 2, with a fridge where you could cool your own drinks. To be able to make a cup of coffee or tea in the room was a bonus.

Cons:

The bed was not comfortable for me. Too soft and somewhat sloping, which caused an aching back in the morning. Unfortunatly there was a noise during the night, like a freezer turning on every now and then, even though I turned our fridge off, it still continued and kept me awake. But I am noise sensitiv and other people might not hear it.

Excelente opción para unos días en Amsterdam.
Pros:

Un hotel muy lindo, lejos del ruido. Habitaciones amplias y cómodas. Fácil acceso a la red de transporte público. Definitivamente la mejor opción para unos días en Amsterdam.

Cons:

Un poco alejado del centro de la ciudad, pero la tranquilidad vale la pena.

Prima verblijf in hotel dichtbij het centrum
Pros:

De shuttle van hotel naar de ferry en terug is een belangrijke pré om voor dit hotel te kiezen. Daardoor is dit een prima locatie dicht bij het centrum van Amsterdam. De kamers en het ontbijt waren prima.

Cons:

Het koelkastje op de kamer bevatte geen drankjes. De prijs is aan de hoge kant, maar dat geldt voor alle vergelijkbare hotels.

Hier ist man gut aufgehoben. Gutes Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis.
Pros:

Solide Ausstattung, modern und sauber. Alles da, was man braucht. Frisch renoviert. Leckeres Frühstück. Hotel eigener Parkplatz. Gute Anbindung durch kostenlosen Shuttleservice an die Fähre, mit der man in 3 Minuten mitten in der Stadt ist. Ruhige Lage, trotzdem ist man in wenigen Minuten mitten in der Amsterdam City

Cons:

Dass man nur bis 10:00 Uhr frühstücken kann.
