Pros:

ארוחת בוקר הייתה טובה המיקום מצויין.

Cons:

כשהגענו שמנו לב שהמזגן לא עובד בהתחלה הביאו מאוורר ואחר כך החליפו לנו חדר .
למחרת הגענו לחדר הוא לא היה נקי אפילו לא החליפו את המגבות .
היה צריך להגיד להם שצריך לנקות את החדר . לא נתקלתי בדבר כזה באף מקום אחר.

Huone haltuun ja vanhaan kaupunkiin
Pros:

Erittäin hyvä sijainti Vanhan Kaupungin kulmassa, bussi lentokentältä tulee aivan viereen. Hotelli on siisti ja viihtyisä. Superior -huone oli tilava, erityisesti pidin suuresta kylpyhuoneesta ja suihkusta. Huoneemme ikkunat olivat mukavasti kadulle päin. On totta, että melko meluisa raitiovaunureitti kulkee vieressä, joten kaikkein herkkäunisimmille tämä ei ehkä sovellu. Hotelli kuitenkin tarjoaa korvatulpat, eikä raitiovaunu häirinnyt minua. Samoin patja oli itselleni juuri sopiva.

Aamiainen oli nautinnollinen, kahvikupit suuria ja mahdollisuus mimosan nauttimiseen iloinen yllätys.

Cons:

Huoneemme ilmastointi ei täydellä tehollakaan ollut riittävän tehokas lämpimiin kesäpäiviin. Hotellin käytävät olivat toisaalta hyvin ilmastoituja, joten olin hieman ihmeissäni tästä.

Excellent value hotel
Pros:

Great all round. Very friendly and attentive staff. Excellent breakfast. Comfortable bed and clean room. Location perfect for centre and train station. Can't fault it.

Pros:

Gemütliches Hotel mit einer historischen, theatralen Atmosphäre. Es befindet sich in einer sehr bequimen Lage im Stadtzentrum. Sehr freundliches Personal, leckeres Frühstück. Würde gerne weiterempfehlen:)

A home away from home.
Pros:

A very conveniently located hotel with tram stations just across the street. The main train and bus stations as well as the market are just a short walk away. Exceptionally friendly and professional staff. Nicely decorated rooms and a very delicious breakfast. This was my 3rd time at this hotel and definitely not the last one.

Personalo paslaugumas, mūsų pasitikimas vertė jaustis ypač gerai. Geriausi atsiliepimai mus pasitikusiai administratoriai iš Italijos - labai paslaugi, draugiška, puikūs bendravimo įgūdžiai anglų kalba, buvo malonu bendrauti, kol šiek tiek teko palaukti registratūroje, kol paruoš kambarį. Esame 5 asmenų šeima, registruojant pavyko užsisakyti vieną kambarį su papildoma lova, į visus pageidavimus atsižvelgė su visu svetingumu. Restorano barmenė labai maloni, yra nemažai pasirinkimo vakare norint nusipirkti gėrimų, pusryčiaujant vaikams ir piešimo reikmenų pristatė, kad tėveliai galėtų ramiai netrukdomi papusryčiauti galvojant kaip juos užimti, nes vaikai visada pavalgo greičiau nei tėvai. Lovos labai patogios, nepamename kada taip gerai su visa šeima išsimiegojome, nes kad ir kiti viešbučiai yra taip pat gerai įvertinti, bet lovos dažnai pasirodo ne visada patogios. Yra kondicionieriai, dovanų ausų kimštukai, nes šalia eina troleibuso trasa, bei netoli traukinių stotis. Pasinaudoti neteko, vien dėl lovos ir patalų patogumo. Jei keliausime į Rygą, pasirinksime manau šį viešbutį dar kartą, yra labai gera lokacija, pėsti su vaikais lengvai pasiekėme senamiestį, savaitgaliais parkingas nemokamas šalia viešbučio, buvo labai viskas patogu. Tik geriausi atsiliepimai. Paliko gerą įspūdį

Sadly underwhelmed and disappointed by this hotel
Pros:

The second room we were moved to was much bigger than the first. (The first room had a curved wall that took a fair chuck out of the room and made it feel very cramped).

Cons:

The AC did not work in either room. The room temp was 25-26 degrees our entire stay even though we had the AC set to 18. The AC just didn't function. We spoke to reception who moved us to a different room but the AC was no better in that room. It is an old hotel and the AC wasn't fit for purpose. We tried to sleep with the window open but 2.30/3am the seagulls started and it was too noisy to leave the window open any longer.
