Ein durchaus luxuriöses Hotel in Bahnhofsnähe
Pros:

Das Hotel bietet alles, was man braucht, die Zimmer sind durchaus luxuriös (Wir hatten # 605 - nach hinten, daher ruhig (wir hatten drum gebeten)).
Das Frühstück ist äußerst umfangreich und abwechslungsreich, es wird sehr darauf geachtet, Müll zu vermeiden. Am Nachmittag gibt es "Leftovers" (kleine süße Stückchen) nahe der Rezeption - ein sehr netter Zug. Das Personal ist äußerst zuvorkommend. Man kann Gepäck an den Tagen der An- und Abreise abstellen.

Cons:

Obwohl die Rücksicht auf die Umwelt überall betont wird, wurden unsere Hand und Badetücher JEDEN Tag getauscht, auch wenn wir sie aufgehängt ließen. Sogar den entsprechenden Info-Hänger direkt auf die Tücher zu hängen brachte nichts (wir waren fast eine Woche im Hotel.
Diesen Mangel an Umweltfreundlichkeit haben wir bei der Rezeption bekannt gegeben - daher auch die Bewertung mit 9 statt 10.

Pros:

В этом году вернулись в него второй раз и уже с детьми. Все очень нравится: местоположение, интерьер гостиницы и номера, все чисто, отличные завтраки, прекрасный персонал. Особенно хочется отметить Виталия- заряжает своим отношением к гостям оптимизмом и позитивом на весь день.

After staying for 9 nights, I left with a very positive impression of the hotel and its staff.
Pros:

The staff were exceptionally friendly, helpful and professional, particularly the team at the lobby/reception desk. Every issue or request I had during my stay was handled quickly, politely and with a genuinely positive attitude.

I don't want to mention individual names because everyone I dealt with was excellent. I would, however, particularly recognize the team who worked during the very busy Riga City anniversary celebrations. They remained professional, efficient, polite and hardworking despite what must have been some very demanding shifts. Hotel management should seriously consider giving them a bonus—they certainly earned it!

The hotel itself has a very elegant and stylish interior, which creates a pleasant atmosphere throughout. I also really appreciated the complimentary fruit selection waiting in my room on arrival. It was a thoughtful touch and made a very good first impression.

Cons:

These are mainly practical suggestions for hotel management rather than major complaints:
The shampoo and hand-soap bottles could be replaced with a design that is easier and more convenient to use.
The hair dryers are quite old and not particularly convenient. Replacing them with more modern models would be a worthwhile improvement.
The water pressure on the 6th floor was quite low and could be improved.
It would be great if the hotel bar could operate during the daytime and offer some light snacks. I had meetings during my stay and would happily have held more of them inside the hotel if this option had been available—while also bringing some additional business to the hotel.
The minibar could perhaps include a good Latvian lager rather than only a strong, heavy Belgian-style beer. For visitors to Riga, having a local beer option would also be a nice touch.
The small fitness room would benefit from having a few more exercise options or pieces of equipment.

Buen hotel y buena ubicación en Riga
Pros:

La ubicación del hotel, muy conveniente. El tamaño de la habitación (una suite muy amplia). Cama cómoda. Desayuno muy bien.

Cons:

El baño, muy pequeño, sin apenas espacio para dejar cosas y una pequeña cabina de ducha. No se correspondía en absoluto con el resto de la habitación. El A/A hacía un ruido bastante molesto, un silbido, aunque no hacía calor y pudimos apagarlo. A pesar de ser un cuarto piso, llegaba cierto ruido de la calle. Quizá por eso y por el A/A, dejaban tapones para los oídos en las mesillas.
