Courtyard by Marriott San Diego Downtown Little Italy

The location was perfectly located to the waterfront and Little Italy for restaurants and shops. It gave the experience of being a local. The staff were wonderful from check-in to the restaurant. They seemed very happy to be there and took pride in the hotel. We were next to the airport but you wouldn't know it. Loved seeing the planes land. :-)

I wanted a nice family get away before we begin a busy week. I booked this hotel and location because of its proximity to everything. We arrived on the 4th of July and immediately greeted by the fabulous front desk staff. We arrived two hours prior to check-in and we were assisted by Lydelle who was kind, courteous and professional. Our room was not ready however, Lydelle offered to hold our bags so that we could grab a bite to eat. We had a lot of luggage and Lydelle happily tagged them all with a smile. His level of service was exceptional. What I valued most was the camaraderie that Lydelle and his colleague Bertha along with the other Front Desk staff shared. They helped one other, and they were all quite jovial too.

When we returned back at 4pm, our room was ready and Bertha gave us our keys. She also grabbed our many bags too. Bertha shared with us, all of the amenities of the hotel including the pool and fitness center along with their hours and she also let us know the times that the restaurant opens and closes.

Our room was BEAUTIFUL and spacious. It was pristine clean! The views weee breathtaking. We stayed in the Allegro which is a 1 Bedroom Suite. The room has a King, Sofa bed and the views of downtown San Diego from this spacious corner room are so breathtaking.

We asked for towels and it was as if they were delivered before handing up the phone. We noticed what looked like a small crack in the ceiling or the sparkling was noticeable. The front desk dispatched Anthony from Engineering expeditiously. There was not a crack just the spackling. We felt relieved and we also felt that our concerns were quickly mitigated.

The pool was clean and fully stocked with towels. The views are spectacular.

The gym is clean with all of the latest workout equipment. The hotel is located in the heart of downtown and we grabbed yummy ramen! The hotel restaurant was packed with people dining in. Excited to try their food.

This is a very family friendly hotel and the decor is very model and sleek. Love the color palette; comfortable sofa bed too. The amenities are fabulous and we feel safe and comfortable here at this location. We were able to hook up our PlayStation 5 too! We did need Marriott’s tech team to assist and they were wonderful. The room looks exactly as described.

O hotel é muito bem localizado e super bonito. Todos foram muito simpáticos e educados e tudo funcionou bem.
